While my visit was brief, the interaction was "meh". The two associates at the counter talked with each other the whole interaction, never once talking to me beyond telling me the total price. Before finding what I was after, I wandered the store aisles and noticed a bit of trash strewn along the floor and the store being a bit worn. Wear and tear is normal, but trash on shelves and the floor with multiple folks working is not. I did find the item I was after, and went ahead and scooped it up out of necessity. If I would not have needed it, I would have gone elsewhere due to lack of service and price. But, this location was in the right place at the right time and had what I needed. Overall, wouldn't swing back through this location on my way past Ringgold in the future. Not the best representation of a Walgreens.

However, today, I decided I would like to go back to this dental office and just pay out-of-pocket, so I gave them a call. Halfway through my first sentence, the receptionist rudely cut me off. The conversation went like this; "Hi, I was a patient of yours and I know that you do not carry my insurance but I" She rudely interrupts with "what insurance do you have?" I replied, Ambetter, to which she literally scoffed, repeating "ambetter?! We don't carry Ambetter, that's like Medicaid" with a complete disrespectful and elitist attitude. I said I know you do not, I literally just said that and was trying" she cuts me off again with more attitude and scoffing, by this time I am done and no longer want to even go here. I told her never mind and hung up the phone. I am sure they have caller ID. They should've returned the call and apologized. I'm trying to pay you cash. I'm not looking for handouts. I only have this insurance because my employer does not carry insurance, I don't know why rude people continue to work in customer service, but I'll be taking my services elsewhere.
