Anyway, the manager of the store helped me find what I thought was the right pair for me. I received them about a month later due to them coming from overseas. They came in, I wore them for a few days but decided to exchange for a different pair. The manager Grazel was again extremely helpful and patient in helping me find another pair that suited me. I must have been in there 6 or 7 different times either picking up the glasses, getting them fitted better, etc. Happy to add all is good now. New Glasses fit well and look great. Made a decision within minutes and they are awesome! Would have never in a million years found the pair myself! Their service extends beyond the initial transaction with their thoughtful follow up's to make sure all is perfect! I did have an issue with the lenses (no fault of their own) and they had the prescription lenses redone for me at no expense. Had to go back for sunglasses (prescription) because their service and selection is that good! Customer for life here!

Yosma picked out the closest matches from current earring display and sent me photos to choose, added a handwritten note and arranged the postage to my pal. I have so many Warby sunglasses and prescription glasses, but after getting Lasik a few years back, I have missed stopping in for my annual refresher of a new pair or two. I sometimes will pop in and take a look at the sunnies and am still considering just getting a pair without the prescription. For $95, it's a pretty solid deal, especially knowing the quality is there. ANYWAY... I stopped in here because a pair of non-Warby sunnies were in bad bad shape and I was hoping they could at least do some basic adjustments for me. I wasn't sure if they would be they let me know that they can't assume any of the risk if they happen to break and then put me on a waitlist. Not only did I leave with glasses that finally fit my face, but they feel like brand new frames. I was waiting for them to charge me something but nope. As well, she was able to have Omega make modifications to the drawers for one of the cabinets to accommodate a sink and its plumbing while preserving as much storage space as possible.
