That being said, Brick and Mortar is the perfect LOCAL shop for your holiday shopping needs specializing in home-kitchen-garden items. The layout and store front are beautifully organized offering unique, one of a kind items perfect for gifts or personal indulgence. They currently have some of the most gorgeous Christmas ornaments I've ever seen and sell an array of The Woods merchandise including Maine-made sea bags. After one visit I am already in love with this store and can't wait to do all my Christmas shopping right in Norway! Too lovely. They have a rack of those quirky Koziol gadgets near the door, a bigger assortment of them than I can remember seeing before. They have Brown Betty teapots and tea cozies and just about any cool kitchen gadget you could imagine. Gorgeous knives that feel good in your hand! The woman working there was friendly and helpful. They did have Anchor and another brand but I could not find an 8x8 in either and there was no sale on the other brand names. The store had lots of kitchen gadgets, cookware, plates, glasses and all those little tools you had no idea even existed or that you needed. Service was fine and I do think it is worth a stop in.

The return was refused because of that and they were deemed unsellable despite the condition of the product being unchanged. On Independent Restaurant Supply's website they claim a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returns as their policy but seem to leave out any other clarification on their strict return policy in-store or on the website. Word of warning to future buyers to be 100% sure about your purchase before buying here as you will most likely be stuck with it if it's in any way used and according to their policy if it's untouched you'll still only get that 80% return
