The last thing I ever want to do is get crystals from a place with such negative reviews - especially if the owner's spirit is allegedly not good..but my life has shifted direction and cautiously I went to visit. Within five minutes someone came over and actually asked questions. Sun exposure, how often I water, what I wanted it to feel like. That doesn't happen at Home Depot. I walked out with a bougainvillea, a dwarf lemon tree, and some succulents that are all still alive, which is saying something for me. The selection is genuinely different from anywhere else in Fresno. Stuff you didn't know you needed until you see it. And every plant looks healthy, like they actually care what leaves their lot. Prices are fair, staff knows there stuff, and the nursery itself is just a beautiful place to walk around. Big, shady, well kept. Kind of therapeutic honestly. Brought my mom last weekend. The Mother's Day flower arrangement that I received on Saturday from my boys took a 'shocking' turn for the worst within 24 hours. Petals were falling everywhere and all the roses dropped abruptly. Yesterday, I did something that I don't like to do...I called the florist shop who sent out the order. The owner (Sylvia) answered the phone and listened, as I explained what had happened to the flowers. Immediately, she offered to replace the arrangement and even asked what kind of flowers I would like...both varieties and colors. I suggested...'just some roses' to refresh the arrangement'; but she insisted on making a completely new floral creation for me in the same Disney cookie jar. What arrived today was breathtaking. Now, this is customer service that is over and beyond anything that I expected. Needless to say, I called Sylvia to tell her just how pleased I was with my new Mother's Day flowers.
