This is my go-to happy place. Kathleen, the artist who owns this little treasure of an art gallery makes the most colorful and whimsical art. It's impossible to be in a bad mood if you are in here. She has occasional themed events too that are always fun. It's a hidden gem tucked away in the parking lot of the Oasis bar. If you're in Sanger, I highly recommend stopping in and watch the artist at work. The items available to purchase range from large original paintings to smaller pieces, prints and greeting cards. She works in all different kinds of media so you'll find watercolors, acrylic paintings, hand sewn items, paper crafts and so much more. She also features the work of 8 or 9 other local artists so you'll also find ceramics, jewelry, wirework, soaps and lotions from Basilwood Farms and local honey.

It was my son's first time he's 17months, I have an almost 4 yo and my nephew is 8yo. We normally visit the beginning for the month but this past weekend was the only weekend that worked with our schedule and they do recommend visiting earlier since it's not as busy. We arrived just alittle around 11am there was a line at the entrance. Entrance fee is $10/car (suggest carpooling). There was definitely quite a bit of ppl. From reading recent reviews I'd said our experience was better than theirs despite the busy weekend. Thankfully they allowed us in to park, it was busy and we ended up parking on the second dirt lot. We did our normal train ride and hayride. The line for the train ride was extremely long we waited about an hour. But it was also my first time experiencing the train going all the way down to the pumpkin patch area. Which was quite nice, the ride was longer and it saved us a trip walking down hill with our littles. The hayride was probably a 15-20min wait. The prices had little to no change since our last visit 2 years ago. We decided to eat some tacos at Charlie's since they weren't busy and it was the closest food vendor also prices were very reasonable. Ordered 4 tacos and one quesadillas for the kids and it was pretty good, the service was fast and friendly. They addressed the long wait issues and reassured the public that they are working on getting another train, working on a bridge to alleviate the traffic and getting more staff. Overall I do highly recommend going the weekend in the beginning of the month to avoid long waits and the crowds. We did see so many vendors on the area where the train rides were but we were just to tired and so were the kids that we didn't get to check it out. Perhaps next year. The kids had fun regardless. The staff we encountered were nice.

And take you back to the beginning. There is also a tractor ride that also takes you to see the whole place. The rides are beautiful both of them. I love the trees and the decorations and everything. They do a very good job arranging everything. We came last year and we bought tickets for the train but there was a bee attack. I had a flowery blouse and they were on me all the time I was there. So we had to leave. Good thing I saved the tickets and they honored them this time. They told me if I don't used them that day I could come in Christmas and use them then. I thought it was nice that they do that. So we used two tickets and now we have a good excuse to come back on Christmas. yay! The prices are modest. Everyone around were enjoying themselves. Very fantastic place to spend the evening. They only open on weekends though. So plan ahead.

From the moment I walked in, Matt greeted me with such a warm and helpful attitude. He took the time to chat with me about what I was looking for in an engagement ring and immediately began showing me the exact style I had in mind, which was an elongated cushion cut. His genuine kindness and excitement about helping me find the perfect ring made the whole process feel special and stress-free. When we moved into talking about custom design work, Ryan stepped in to assist. He was equally welcoming and brought even more excitement to the process. Ryan truly worked his magic and helped me find an absolutely stunning stone that was even larger than I expected, all while staying comfortably within my budget. I had a tight deadline, as I was planning to propose during an upcoming trip to Hawaii (just under a month away) and the store was set to be closed the week before I left. Ryan and the entire team went above and beyond to rush the ring, and it turned out absolutely breathtaking. It exceeded all expectations and drew so many compliments. Huge thanks to Matt, Ryan, and everyone at The Diamond Gallery for their exceptional service, attention to detail, and for helping make this once-in-a-lifetime moment unforgettable. My fiancé and I couldn't be happier! Definitely made this experience very easy and stress free! Thank you

The Mother's Day flower arrangement that I received on Saturday from my boys took a 'shocking' turn for the worst within 24 hours. Petals were falling everywhere and all the roses dropped abruptly. Yesterday, I did something that I don't like to do...I called the florist shop who sent out the order. The owner (Sylvia) answered the phone and listened, as I explained what had happened to the flowers. Immediately, she offered to replace the arrangement and even asked what kind of flowers I would like...both varieties and colors. I suggested...'just some roses' to refresh the arrangement'; but she insisted on making a completely new floral creation for me in the same Disney cookie jar. What arrived today was breathtaking. Now, this is customer service that is over and beyond anything that I expected. Needless to say, I called Sylvia to tell her just how pleased I was with my new Mother's Day flowers. I can definitely recommend GI Flowers & Gift Shop and their lovely manager Sylvia to all my friends and family.
