The owner is the one making and running everything, and you can tell wants it to feel like a local run shop, which it is, vs. commercial (like a big, franchise smoothie shop). We got a strawberry banana smoothie with peanut butter, and an açaí bowl. She told us everything is organic from the fruit, sweeteners, and toppings down to the milks she uses.
