Fabulous gift store, with varied selection and knowledgeable staff. Everything from bags and scarves to kitchenware and unique toys. Gorgeous jewelry. If you have a gift to get, this is the place!

Thursday, 11/11/2021 - Checked out Mixed Bag at 2405 K Street in Sacramento. Cute little store with all kinds of knick knacks. Store was very clean, staffs were really nice, they have their own parking lot to park in, and you can get lots of gifts from here. They have some clothing, cards, toys, candy, gift wraps, and so much more. If you haven't been here yet, check them out.

Bought all these unique stocking stuffers and got a complementary small bizz bag! Love it!!

I love supporting small business and love the fact this store actually has so many things I want to buy for myself and as gifts. Rather than giving gift cards to teachers, coworkers, friends, etc. I really like to give personalized gifts I think the person would like. There are so many unique finds here that this store cuts down on the amount of places I have to go to look for gifts. I ended up coming back and was able to find different items, for each kid for their stocking stuffers.

I had never heard of this unique shop before, until Joe K asked me if I wanted to check it out to kill some time before heading over to a nearby restaurant. When you come across a store that has a little bit of everything, well, that's my kind of place! Eclectic businesses like this are so much fun to explore! It is a combination of gift ideas, toys, collectibles, gadgets, knik knacks, jewelry, household "must haves" and decorative art pieces. There is so much to see from top to bottom, aisle after aisle. I could have easily started impulse buying if we weren't pressed for time to make it to our dinner reservations. Joe K did make a small purchase on a back scratcher that he wanted to use as a miniature garden rake. Something he has been searching for, for some time now. At least it has multiple uses! LOL! I hope to return again soon, when we have more time to browse properly!

Very expensive for under quality items. Not surprised they permanently closed. Not good service either.

I've been here a few times and wondered if they were still in business and there, they were. They haven't changed a bit. They are tastefully decorated in living room sets that are retro. We are shopping for a love seat so my husband sat in all of them hoping to find one. He liked the red minimalist one the most. The only thing is it looks like it might fold out to a futon, but it doesn't and we really need one for when my mother in law comes to visit and other visitors. They have so many items that I kept pointing to and saying "We used to have one of these." The most memorial items were the Pyrex, which my parents still have and a rotary phone which my parents still have just in case the electricity goes out. They also have the push button one and my parents have one of those too. My parents request to keep their land line and just have the local plan which they use to call their friends. They are afraid the power will go out and they won't be able to call anyone for help. And the power does go out in the winter on a regular basis where they live so this is really good for them. The new phones all use electricity. This shop also has lots of cases of jewelry and their broaches were on display on a mine mannequin.
