Saw that this boba spot had a solid 5 stars on yelp with 100+ reviews so had to swing by to see what the hype was all about. The interior of the shop is lively and fresh with hipster art and sprawling vegetation. It's not the largest space, but as with most boba shops you can quickly grab and go. I opted for the standard Miu's Milk Tea (jasmine) since this was my first time, and I wanted to gauge it against other boba spots. One of the signs read: "no powder, taste the real flavor", and that most definitely holds true. You catch a strong, yet not overwhelming jasmine tea aftertaste that is extremely satisfying as most boba spots just overwhelm you with sweetness. The boba has the perfect texture: soft on the outside with a firm center. Each sip is super rewarding and once you finish you still feel fresh, not bloated! The drinks are very good here. The only reason it's not 5/5 is because the boba was a little lacking. It's texture is good but the flavor was just a little bland. I got the strawberry green tea and my boyfriend got the green milk tea. We both enjoyed our drinks and have no complaints! read more

This was the best boba tea I've ever had! I got the orange green tea and my boyfriend got the peach green tea lemonade and they were both so refreshing and delicious. The boba was perfect as well. I loved the interior here as well. The plant wall and minimalist feel was so pretty. You would never expect it from the outside! This was a great little stop just a five minute walk from the Lincoln road mall. I wish I lived closer so I could come back sooner! read more

Best boba and best teas! I was so surprised to have such perfectly cooked boba and the teas are so so wonderful! We got the strawberry green tea that was perfect and transported me to a strawberry field. The honey latte was delicious with just a small spike of honey in the aftertaste that keeps you wanting more. Will definitely be trying some more!! read more

It's not easy to find a bubble tea in Miami Beach, Miu's Tea is one of a few around the area.It's one of my favorite place to grab a cold drink after walking in the sun. I had a few bubble teas, Mui's tea (original milk tea), sea salt and honey milk tea. I normally add the boba (pearl) which it's good! The service was fine. The tea is always good. read more

This place is great. Very different than your typical bubble tea shop that uses powdered flavors and dumps and ton of sugar into everything. The drinks are completely customizable (including sugar level) with a ton of different toppings. I went a few times during my trip and got a milk tea with bubbles (0% sugar), a Thai tea with coffee jelly (0% sugar, but there is still some sugar in the Thai tea), a lavender milk tea with passion fruit popping bubbles (0% sugar), and one of the rose salted foam caps (also 0% sugar). I really enjoyed all of them. I will say that their bubbles are not the best I have had, but they are okay. Another thing to keep in mind is they open at 11a, but won't have bubbles available until noon... Don't forget to check in on yelp beforehand and get 10% off. read more

So happy to find a bubble tea spot in Miami! I was skeptical due to the location that this place would be a tourist trap, but fortunately I was pleasantly surprised. I got the ice cream matcha. The idea of an ice cream matcha really caught my attention. I love ice cream and matcha milk tea. Never tried it together though. I didn't really know what to expect. When I got the drink, it seemed like a matcha latte with a scoop of ice cream just chillin at the bottom. When I tasted it, it was bitter. I can usually handle bitter tea drinks but this was a bit heavy when it came to the bitter matcha taste. I also got boba with it. The boba was not impressive. I was with my friend he got the Miu's milk tea and a strawberry green tea for his girlfriend. They really liked their drinks. The strawberry milk tea came real chunks of strawberry in it. My overall experience was good though.its a cute place, customer service was good and the wait wasn't bad. I just wouldn't get the ice cream matcha again read more

Really beautiful tea spot. The decor is so clean and refreshing! I had a green jasmine ice tea, unsweetened, with popping passion fruit boba. It was perfect! The price was very reasonable for such a big tea. Next time I go, I definitely want to try one of their milk teas. I highly recommend if you need a cold drink while walking around SoBe. read more

We are from Montgomery County, MD - A.k.a. town of bubble tea galore! So obviously when we came to Miami beach I was craving some bubble tea. I love matcha. This I ordered the matcha ice cream bubble tea. At first I asked the girl at the front what is meant by "ice cream" - like is it a drink or is it more milkshake consistency? She looked at me and said "it's ice cream." Haha. Anyways what it is is basically a matcha drink with a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the bottom, so when mixed together it tastes like a green tea ice cream drink! Good drinks. Friendly service. Cool, cozy space. The decor is modern with accents of greenery. They have a variety of flavors to choose from but none of the flavors really stood out to me. My boyfriend ended up ordering the Thai Tea (basic, I know) + I ordered the Honey Scented Black Tea. The Thai Tea was good, tasted like your typical Thai Tea. I've passed this place so many times and never thought to walk in. Someone I work with brought in a yummy looking drink one day, and mentioned it was from here. So here I am, trying it out for myself. This place is a little serene haven of quiet music and a plant wall... and of course, bubble tea. They have lots of varieties - milk teas, fruit teas, a little bit of everything. I am having the milk matcha green tea. It's a perfect mix of subtle sweetness and the sharpness of matcha. The staff is also really nice. I love coming across places like this, and being happily surprised. Will definitely be back! read more

For Miami, especially on actual south beach, I was very surprised to find good, quality boba tea drinks. The very first time I went with my friends, we were all impressed with how good the drinks were. I have tried their original Miu's milk tea, the milk green tea, and the honey milk tea. You could tell they use fresh brewed teas and their tapioca boba pearls were made perfectly. You can tell them how much sugar you want in your drink too if you don't like your drink overly sweet. They have a pretty large and creative menu for a small tea shop and I look forward to coming back and trying them. If you check in on Yelp, you get 10% your order! read more

Disclaimer: I used to live in California, aka where teas were a lot better better. Overall I think it is an okay place. Drinks: I ended up trying the Lychee Matcha and the Miu's Milk. The lychee matcha was interesting. I very much supported the lychee flavor, it was strong. Personally I felt like the matcha was useless in there, because I couldn't taste anything and it made the drink grainy. Which from my experience can be because of a variety of reasons, including but not limited to, wrong temperatures when mixing, low grade matcha, or simply not made correctly. For this drink I would have much rather had a Lychee green or Lychee black plain. The Miu's milk tea, which I assumed was regular black tea, was just okay. It tasted pretty watered down to me. I did get 75% sweetness which I was hoping for a stronger tea flavor which did not pull through. Price: pretty pricey for what tastes like mildly/medium watered down drinks. Comes at around 6 dollars for a large with no boba or a regular with boba. All in all, I am not the best of fans thus far, but I have yet to find better here. For now let's just keep it at the A-OK mark. read more

One of the best boba tea I have had!! I got the Miu's Milk Tea, and it was super delicious and perfectly sweetened. Workers were super friendly and gave great drink recommendations. The place itself is aesthetically pleasing. There's a beautiful wall filled with vines and marble tables. I recommend you to stop by at Miu's for a refreshing drink especially after a long walk on Ocean Drive or Lincoln Road! read more

WORTH THE WAIT!!! My daughters wanted to come here again so bad....we came and waited 45mins for noon to roll around so that the Boba would be finished. It's worth it as all their teas are made perfect every time. Same friendly staff and super clean inside. They don't offer fruit smoothies like other bubble tea houses but their milk tea is so good they don't need smoothies. I usually drink just the smoothies but now I drink teas because of Mui's. read more

I've been here twice and it was excellent both times. I had the milk green tea one of those times and milk tea the other, both with tapioca pearls, 50% sugar, and less ice. The tea was perfect and the pearls were perfectly chewy (though not as sweet as I like them). I also tried the honey lemon tea and it was wonderfully sour and refreshing. Chill space that can fit about a dozen customers comfortably, cool signage, sweet little bakery display, and pretty good variety of drinks. Finally a good boba spot in Miami! read more

I was in the mood for boba tea, so I looked on Yelp for a new spot. Miu's Tea is now my favorite spot for bubble tea! They ask for what percentage of sweetness you'd like. No bubble tea shop that I've been to has asked that! And you can choose what add-ons you want! I got the Sea Salt Golden Oolong Crema with 75% sweetness and black tapioca pearls. The fact that you can customize your drink so much adds for a more personalized experience, which I really appreciate! The crema is salty and delicious. It compliments the peachy sweet tea very well! Just wish they had a location closer to me. All in all, if you're looking for some freshly brewed bubble tea, Miu's is the place to go! Totally recommend!!! read more

KwanYin, foot massage and Daoist/Animist temples, these are things I love about Asia. But I'm also in love with another, Asia's leisure drink Boba tea, a rather new comer to the South Florida libation scene. Located in South Beach for about a month, Miu's Tea is a chic little establishment offering brew milk tea's, matcha's, fresh fruit tea's, latte, sea salt cream's, fresh tea's and cold bottled tea's. I love Miu's "avatar-like" earthy ambiance with it's many unique plants and succulents. I can't think of anything more pleasant than stopping in for a cold fruity brew while also getting an infusion of unadulterated pure plant oxygen. I ordered the mango black tea with boba and lychee jelly, for my Venezuelan friend I bought a passion fruit green tea with bobas. I loved mine, it was pleasantly fresh with a natural taste to the mango flavoring. The boba's were chewy and the lychee shavings were fruity & delicious. My Venezuelan friend liked her's, she was a boba tea virgin so she didn't have that much to say. I'm not sure if this place has free wifi, but this is a nice place to relax and pull out a tablet or laptop while sipping away. ++drinks are in the $4 to $5 dollar range. read more

Nice place but not as good as Jersey/New York's bubble tea spots. The staff were nice. Don't get me wrong, this place isn't bad, it just doesn't compare with what I'm used to. What a cute place!! Came here after seeing the raving reviews on Yelp. The atmosphere in this place is right up my alley- lots of plants/open space with unique wall paper and flooring. Just a fun space to be in! Their menu included regular milk teas and fruity teas and I was thirsty so I opted for their passion fruit tea with boba. Quick, friendly service from the get go! Seemed like a small, family run place which I always appreciate. Their bubble tea had an excellent flavor and it's hand shaken- yay! The only place they lost a star is their boba just because I LOVE honey boba and theirs isn't sweetened, which I am used to from most other boba places. The texture of their boba is pretty good! Not the best I have but definitely far from the worst. A fun place to hang out with a smaller group (limited seating inside) but definitely worth giving a try!! read more

I don't have a single bad thing to say about Miu. It was a savior on our short trip to Miami, and we actually made 2 visits because it was so good. I'm not a huge fan of boba, but I do love my teas, and during those humid days where all you need is a refreshing iced tea, Miu's came in very handy. I'm very picky with my tapioca pearls. But their bobbas amaze me! I'm happy to name them the best boba teas cafe in Miami area. Maybe that's saying too much but most definitely in South beach area. Hands down! I'm Also very sensitive to sugar. Meaning if your sh*t is too sweet, I'm throwing it in the trash. No questions. Fret not though, if you like your tea mild sweet, just comment 50% sweet and they'll oblige you. Parking can be tough. What I do, I'd have my girl circle around the block, and pick me up after. Saves you 3-5 bucks parking. I tried their main flavors. Milk tea is ok. matcha milk tea great. Clean place. Fast service and kind cashiers. I'm not sure if it's still going on, but if you check in you're eligible for some discount. read more

Was quite pleased with what I ordered. Ham Croqueta: Crispy outside breading and very gooey inside. There were nice ham chunks inside. Chicken Croqueta: Same format as the ham croqueta. Though this one was kinda bland. The chicken strands just kinda blended in with the gooey mush center whereas the ham chunks were nice and smoky. Tequeño: Nicely executed with a cheesy center and crispy outside. Cuban Sandwich: I like how they really pay attention an evenly distributed and nicely crisped press on both sides. Many places are only partially crispy. The ratio of ham, pork, cheese, pickles and mustard was just right. The flavors worked in harmony and there wasn't one ingredient that dominated the rest.
