Setting the appointment online was very simple. I arrived and signed a waiver before my technician Luisa called me. She was very nice. The place was very clean, nicely decorated with very relaxing music sounds in the background that I almost fell asleep. The whole process took about an hour. Painless no issues. No allergies. They were very punctual too no waiting time The final results looked great until I got home and realized the right eye lashes were not as dark or thick as the left side. Not sure why the left eye lashes looked better thicker and darker. I need to call back and see if they can fix it somehow. $115 full price Lashes last from 6 to 8 weeks apparently. I found this place via Instagram and wanted to give them a try for a lash lift. I have done the…read morelift before at a different place and was excited to try this place because they are reasonably priced and they are close to home. Unfortunately, my lashes did not come out how they are supposed to. If you have never done a lash lift before, your lashes are supposed to have a natural upward curve to them. Mine were straight up (no natural curve and touching my eyelid) and look a little frizzy. I look like my lashes were blown up in the wind and are frozen in place. I have to stay like this for 8-12 weeks. Extremely upset. My bottom lashes (which are not supposed to be touched during this process) look frayed. I contacted the merchant via Instagram, email, and phone. I asked to speak to the owner and they did not call me back or try to speak with me. The esthetician responded to my email saying my lashes were lifted and called saying no refunds will be issued per the contract. I'm more upset at the lack of professionalism from the owner. I thought with all the great reviews provided on Yelp, I would at least receive a call regarding my disservice to at least fix my lashes or hear my concerns. I would not recommend this place at all! There are so many businesses doing this procedure that the outcome of lashes is unacceptable.

It was a day before my birthday and I wanted a full set and my normal volcano pedicure. I emailed this establishment and I believe the owner or manager responded quickly and told me I could come in today without an appointment. We messaged back and forth which I love the communication. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem. This entire experience has been wonderful and I will be brining my husband back to put the seal of approval but I know this will be our nail salon from now on. Got my lashes done today and unfortunately I'm not happy with the results. I do want to say the…read morestudio itself was very clean and the staff was at first friendly. Since this was my first time getting lashes done, it's possible there was some miscommunication. That said, when I expressed that I wasn't satisfied with how they looked, I felt a bit dismissed. The lash tech tried to explain that she had done what I asked for, even though the results clearly weren't what I had showed. She did attempt to fix them, which I appreciate, but because of how full the lashes already were, there wasn't really much that could be changed. I ended up saying it was fine and leaving because I felt uncomfortable...I also felt like the situation may have been rushed because another client was already waiting before my appointment was over, and when I expressed I didn't like the results, the tech seemed frustrated or annoyed. I understand these situations can be difficult on both sides, but since I was clearly unhappy with the final result, I do think it's unreasonable that I still had to pay full price.

I tend to be sensitive to lotions and sprays so I figured the smart thing to do would be to test it before I get a full set for an important day. I've only just left but they feel good so far. Jasmine was very sweet and intentional. She tucked me in with a blanket, gave me a neck pillow, put things under my shoulders, dimmed the lights, sprayed some calming spray, and had a gentle touch. She can do the powder style and can also do the individual hair type of brow. Her liner can be thick and dramatic or incredibly thin and subtle, which is my preference. She is also really good at things you don't even know you need... For example, a lot of people don't know that getting black brows can mean that your color can fade to blue black. Also, you might want to discuss pigment with your makeup tattoo artist because you might want the kind of pigment that deliberately fades. As you age, you may have to consider moving your brow line higher as your face droops. Depressing, but true, and you might discuss using an ink that will fade so that eventually your brows can be moved higher without having to remove pigment that is located too low on your face. She does radio frequency treatments for myself and for my mom who has just turned 80 and has pretty damn good skin. She also does lots of other sorts of skin treatments and does not do trendy ridiculous things, she is a professional who really does know how different vitamins and chemicals will react to your skin and who can help your skin look its best.
