I would not recommend this painter for the following reasons:…read more 1. Barely power washed the house before painting, only a few areas. 2. Did not replace wood like he said he was going to. He will tell you this will get done but it will not happen. Bonding wood is not replacing it either. 3. Sloppy paint job, with drips on concrete and household items, screens, windows, etc. 4. Left paint on brick in several areas and did not clean it off 5. Got paint on roof tiles, did not clean off 6. His crew disposed of paint in my yard and pets tracked it through the house. Paint looks good where they used a sprayer (only 1 coat) but for these reasons I have outlined above, I would not recommend them. I would have paid him more to have my home painted correctly and with more attention to detail and an overall pride in work rather than a rush job. I would have asked him back to fix these items but not sure these are things I should have to point out to a professional and prefer to fix on my own.

Not even a year later, the lock on the sliding door is not working and one of the shelves in thee closet has completely caved in and broken. I sent Doug a message but have not heard back. Doug may do anything but he doesn't necessarily do it right.

They came out when I was not there and said they'd take care of it. This guy Josh comes out, in a company truck, and works on my gutters. Now they are worse off than before he came. Now they are leaking everywhere. I spent over a month talking with him about how he needs to come out and make it right. After many communications he tells me that his only job was to put in gutter guards, and he is not responsible for the fact that now my gutters leak everywhere. He offered to give me some of my money back, kept making empty promises. I contact the company who tells me that he worked on my house without their knowledge and it is not their responsibility legally to fix it, but they'll "make it right" regardless. But I called the main line, I contacted the company for repairs, but they are claiming now that they aren't legally bound to help me because Josh worked without their approval, and therefore wasn't licensed. But this is the company I hired. This is the company I called. This is the company who sent one of their guys out. Now my gutters are trashed and they say they are not responsible for it. The owner's wife was nice at first but just kept making excuses which largely surrounded how they didn't legally need to fix my situation but they were just going to do it out of the kindness of their heart. I called you. I hired your company. I spent 2k to just have my house fucked up. My gutters pour down, everywhere. And she admitted it, she said he wasn't sanctioned to come out and work on my house. But he was still their employee. Look I'm sorry if your guy took jobs from you behind your back, but I hired YOUR company. What a nightmare. I've had excuses upon excuses since May.
