I like the positioning of the wall sign very much. He did it fast and the position is just right in the middle of the wall of my office. Very good. Very efficient. I did not have to request any more adjustment once I told him the height I want. It is perfect. Also, he has his assistant coming in to set up a camera screen for me. His staff spent two hours hooking up and setting the device for me. Everything was smooth but the system kept asking for a password which did not exist. He spent much effort on resetting everything in order to avoid the so-called password. Eventually, the camera screen did not show up but his staff did his best. The technical support of the company selling the cameras had no real person so I had to wait. But his staff helped me type a request for a ticket for subsequent support. It was good he helped because I did not know how to describe the problem accurately with the model number. Mr. Robert kept his promise and did not charge me for that service when the camera screen eventually did not work. But I understand he and his staff contributed much effort on setting up the device. And it was not his fault. From the process of resetting and trying different means, I can tell his assistant is knowledgable. I would say the price he charges is reasonable. He works efficiently. He looks experienced to me.

I've always been one to believe that local businesses are the heart and soul of any community…read more Unfortunately in my circumstance this wasn't the case. I hired this company to install a new gate. It took a while to get things going, all good I was still in the process of moving ,so no big hurry. I figured at least I have local contractor locked in. So I finally move in and now ready for this project to be completed. Well here came the excuses. "Sorry super busy, forgot to make a piece for your gate , waiting on lumber distributor, waiting on lumber delivery". I'm a patient man, things happen, not life or death. 3 months later gates are done. Gates look great very pleased with the way it turned out ascetically. As for functionality all worked good until the heat came. The heat created the metal to swell up. When the swelling happened I lost the functionality. The pass through door was hitting the post and I couldn't open or lock my gate. The double gates wouldn't close properly and I couldn't lift my 9' metal and wood gate up high enough to latch. Again patient man it can be fixed so I thought. I even sent them videos of the dilemma. Well I lost all patience It's been a year and I've been snubbed over and over again. I call to schedule an appointment, nothing or I get I'll be there Friday /Saturday/first thing Monday morning. NOTHING! Went to the shop and get the run around by one of the laborers. Owners no where to be found. So my message to whoever's looking to get metal or fence work to be done.. hire the guy from outta town. *******CONSUMER BEWARE *******

But David spent his time to sit down, listened, gave a suggestion and advice what we should do.... Be honestly their work worth every single dollars. This is our first business build from scratch so we was really careful on financial things and their price is a little higher than different company. But hey! You got a triple back for what you paid for.! They go really detail on their work! Example: ( with pictures). - After I kept changing my mind how to set thing up which make the interior scratch and dirty, they end up repainted whole interior to make everything look perfect. - To paint around electric outlet, instead of just cover the outlet and paint, they remove it and paint then put it in again. - Instead of put the projector screen on top of the bar, they took time to build and custom stand for it. - instead of make the bar level, they make the bar tilt tiny degrees to make sure if there is liquid spill, it will not get into the wall. ..... Im pretty sure im missing a lot of good things during their work. We got a lot of compliments about how nice our store turned out out ---------- Now time for afterwork service! There is super tiny leak in the sink (2 3 drops aday) but im kinda picky guy so send them message to help get it fixed. Message sent 10:12Am. They came at 10:40Am. Get it done 10:50Am. Perfect! ---------- Thank you again David and his team for being honest and perfect builders

They breached our verbal agreement by agreeing to services they failed to deliver. Secondly w/ equipment they used (riding mower) broke sprinklers, broken fence board, broken brick, failed to take instructions in regards to lawn waste they dump anywhere they felt necessary . Matt Jorge the owner is not only rude but very unprofessional. . He had Agreed to come out and make the repairs and recanted and eventually abandoned the damages and filed a complaint against me for $300 . I have now open a compliant and investigation with CSLB for breach of contact , misrepresentation, abandonment . His wife had explained the reason why they haven't showed up was due to employee problems and had to terminate a few individuals because they would initially not show to work or cause damage to equipment or property so they can be terminated and collect unemployment. They have failed numerous times to attempt to mitigate this issue and correct the problem and damages they caused yet continue to attempt to collect payment for services they failed to deliver upon by not being able to access my property . They have caused more extensive damage to my property exceeding over $1000.00 and failed to finish and repair items due to their negligence and careless actions . Per my attorney I have numerous causes of action which will be outlined in a formal complaint. My recommendation would be do your research first before hiring this jack who careless less of what damages they caused and values the all might dollar. No integrity or professionalism!
