The longer you stay the more and more money they will just keep taking from…read moreyou. fees after fees added. not to mention already paying 1200 for a cheaply remodeled 1 bedroom and then also adding on parking fees, pests fees, garbage fees. killing you with the heat all winter and part of the summer! why is the heat on in the middle of May? ridiculous is all I have to say. all they care about is money and making your life as inconvenient as possible! they just towed all these cars even after people were saying they were dead trying to get them moved on Mother's Day!!! now people are paying 300$ to get their cars out!

The landscaping was beautiful. issues were addressed. Under new management phone messages aren't returned. I just moved out. I tried to find out why my security deposit wasnt returned. i talked to the answering machine. I believe they were screening my calls. Once i was told i left it dirty. Management is redoing the flooring when a tenant moves out. The stove and fridge were showroom clean. i washed in and out of all the cabinets upper and lowers with lysol. washed the windows and patio door streakless. Closets were dusted. i dusted the walls. they paint walls so i didn't wash the walls nor left holes in the walls. I didnt vac the carpet as they were replacing it. I took pics of what i cleaned. My apt was much cleaner than my friend who received her entire deposit despite leaving a thick nicotine layer and garbage in it. I told them i was taking them to small claims court. no response. tragedy i couldnt find my post pictures. so in court it would be he said/she said without documentation. Even Judge Judy would have thrown me out of court! contacted them one last time saying i wasnt filing. No response from them. Last year my rent went up $50. This year would be $50 more plus $30 cat rent every month. Underground parking shot up too. However DTA prices are compatible with others in the city. It is quiet and in my 7 yrs of living there the police were only there once. New msnagement and everything has gone down while the rent keeps going up. if you do move here the people are nice. Document everything. like calls for repairs and whrn it was done. take lots of pictures when you move in and out. i was in a time crunch so i didnt do a final walk through with the manager. $30/mo for each pet. Cant find a better atmosphere than DTA. Yesterday heard from another friend she wasnt getting her deposit back. she was clean. whew...guess that covers it.

Garbage is everywhere in Arcade Apartments. Greystone took away our dumpsters and left us with one,…read moreand put up signs to fine tenants 350 dollars if they don't put their trash in the dumpster. However there is no space, which has caused people to leave their trash in the hallway or in there homes which is unsanitary! This is a 73 unit apartment with one dumpster. Greystone are slumlords in my opinion to apartment complexes, who doesn't care for their tenants, and hire property managers who do nothing to keep this place clean!

I have had maintenance requests in for months, the people "onsite" are never in office during the scheduled times, we have had multiple issues regarding parking and lack their of. Management hosted a fun work party and were told by the people in our office to park in designated spaces that us residents pay for monthly, additionally they removed all signs regarding towing, leaving us with no one to remove the uninvited guests blocking residents, we received no apology nor has anyone owned up to their mistakes. regarding maintenance, we have had multiple requests in for maintenance to look at, after a month of waiting we finally received an appointment for someone to come fix ONE of our issues, and no one showed up, and we received no contact stating they would reschedule. i had to reach out and leave a voice mail after i came home and noticed they never came or fixed anything. Now it is Thanksgiving day and our whole apartment building has no water. I cannot begin to explain my disgust for the treatment and experience us residents here have been receiving. Something needs to change or I along with many other residents will not be renewing our leases.

I know it is because residents walk with leaking garbage bags and leave a trail of drippings that to be quite honest stink now that they have sat in the carpet for months. They need to be professionally cleaned. And the entry ways have spiders and bugs basically plastering the ceilings. This is NOT an assisted living facility, there is no one there after hours or on the weekends, so I am not sure why the reveiw from Rose says ok for elderly that need care. There is no nursing staff and never has been.

When something needs to be handled, it gets handled -- and not just eventually. It's timely. It's communicated. And they follow up. That follow-through is huge. You don't feel like "just another tenant." When I walk into the office or reach out with a concern, I feel welcomed and heard. There's a genuine sense that they care about the residents and take pride in maintaining the property and the community. At my previous complex (no shade), things were more of a "we'll get to it when we get to it" situation. Here, there's accountability and consistency. That alone sets Concord apart. Beyond the management, the property itself is clean, quiet, and well kept. The amenities are honestly impressive -- indoor and outdoor pools, cookout areas, a gym, and a full kitchen/event space that residents can actually use for gatherings.
