I had trouble getting a hold of them for a while. In addition to not turning it on all summer, they never returned my backflow device that they took for 'testing' and never submitted the testing to the City (so I got a fine). Ended up arguing with them late fall/winter because they wanted payment for everything... even through they never turned it on the whole summer and took my backflow device (I was questioning what 'value' I had received). Even through I never received any value, I ended up paying them just to get my backflow device back... which they returned broken in the middle of winter. DO NOT GO HERE!
