I called Professional Roofing and they came about a week and a half later. Don and Bob got up on the roof and knew immediately what my issues were! They explained everything to me and put my worries at ease. I was amazed when they said they'd be back in a FEW DAYS to fix it!! After stressing for 4 months about it and trying to find a compassionate roofer to take the time to really come troubleshoot this for me my worries we're over! When they came back with the price I was more than pleased!! Don was also very understanding when I ran out of checks and couldn't pay until I could get to the bank. I'd recommend these guys any day! It rained hard last night and NO LEAK! So happy with everything. Knowledgeable, Excellent Work, and Professional and Kind people! Thanks!

Don left the quote he gave at my place and didn't email it to the building owner like asked. Then showed up at my place twice asking for it, and making it sound like it was my fault because I didn't keep it for him. Was very unprofessional about it. They left I huge rut in my front yard, and my flowers were flattened from them constantly stepping on them.

I agreed to the $195 quoted by the woman that answers the phone and solicits business at Worster Storage. I received a bill for $701.03 for services received in December. I watched the entire time from a house mounted camera. Service was preformed in 50 minutes for my house and 20 minutes for my sisters home. I called to complain. The receptionist just said I didn't know how hard they worked. I also received a call from an unknown man, who was too busy yelling into the phone that he never gives quotes or hourly rates? So how do they do their billing? Evidently make it up as they go. He called my disabled sister too screaming he is putting liens on our property if we don't pay. Wow. Running away. Who in their right mind thinks that $701.03 is a fair or reasonable cost and who would agree to that price?

I recently had a big leak at our Galena townhouse that was going down to the 1st floor and causing the ceiling tiles to collapse and creating a big mess. I called 3 plumbers and none were able to come until a week down the road. Engle Plumbing was different. They were referred to us by Eagle Ridge Resort due to the great work, fair pricing and outstanding customer service. When I called Engle Plumbing, Stacy in customer service listened and promised she would do everything she could to get the leaks fixed as soon as possible. Stacy sent over a plumber that same day named Cody who cut through the drywall and patched the pipes which took him only 30 minutes to do from start to finish. I truly thought this leak would be a huge job with many surprises since the leak was hidden behind a wall. I was thrilled with the outcome and the price was fair and the response time was unbelievably fast. Since they did such a great job we asked Engle Plumbing about redoing our outdated pipes and they are now in the process of completing that job as well. Eagle Ridge Resort recommends Engle Plumbing to local property owners who need a reliable plumber. We totally understand why they are a preferred vendor for this big resort. We have 2 dogs and Cody was great with both of them so if you have a dog you can trust him to treat your dog well. You are in very good hands with Engle Plumbing. I highly recommend their plumbing services for any problems you have.
