Some good, some bad but I'm trying to trust the process being that everyones case is unique. My biggest problem thus far is not ever being able to get an emergency appointment due to scheduling conflicts.. I've had wires that later began to poke the back of my mouth(nobody's fault).. Also I don't like that I have to ask at each appointment what they will be doing. I feel as if that should be made known to each client when they sit down at the beginning of each appointment .

Very unprofessional and communication SUCKS.SAVE your money and go somewhere else this place claims to be cheaper but I regret the whole decision. Not only do you have to wait 3 months to be seen by a doctor but you wait countless hours in their waiting room. All they want is your money. During covid I was told I couldn't get my braces removed because the drills cannot be used when I can hear behind me the dentist using drills. They can't remove braces but certainly they're installing braces. Never again biggest regret ever all 3 years there was always a problem during my visit.

Also they are so laid back that You should be able to talk about any issues you may have. Anywho we were greet upon entry and the staff was very helpful and polite.. the checking process was very easy. The lounge was clean, the place was well lit. The wait time was not long at all. I love the fact that they take us all back as a family together. Princess was very good with my kiddos. They had a very good experience with the X-rays and the teeth cleaning. Everyone was cool and didn't have any complaints. Dr. Michael is amazing with the kiddos. We love the fact that he is so gentle and patient with them. Wyatt was nervous but he made him comfortable enough to open is mouth and let him check him out. Kenn got his teeth cleaned and Wasvery nice and pleasant. They let Kenn know that every he needs done next. So he will be back to get his tooth filled and the chip fixed. So now it's my turn to get a cleaning. Rebecca did my cleaning and usually I dread the polishing and initial cleaning because it seems so painful. This time was good it did not bother me at all. I have a hole in my back wisdom tooth that's hurting right now so I'll be back to get it pulled. I need a couple of things done to get my mouth straight and Dr. Rabel and I have talked and devised a great plan to get me where I need to be so let's geaux I'm an ready. This experience was even greater than the first. When I tell y'all..... I'm an so thankful he fixed my minor imperfections from the first time. Due to Covid that year everything was shut down. I had a tooth that broke, one cracked and the other chipped off... So long story short the teeth were very sensitive to me brushing, eating and drinking. Now that they are fixed I have no problems!!!!! Also the other waiting room was clean and neat plus, bathrooms were clean too. I do recommend them to family and friends.. don't take my word for it come and see for yourself..

The assistants are also rude and have no sort of urgency or concern for their patients. 0/10 do not recommend. This place is a money grab and I fear I actually had no cavities the whole time, they just wanted a little cash. He started a procedure on me about 3 years ago and it was a horrible experience. I was held down by two assistants, or so they claim they are, the numbing medicine was wearing off and when i tried to bring it to their attention i was told "it's just pressure not pain". HORRIBLE establishment, along with the one in Baton Rouge. I do not recommend you bring your kids here especially because they cannot voice themselves without being told that they don't know what they're talking about and then be brought into a back room with the door closed and locked, having "procedures" done, not allowing anyone else inside of the room. This is all personal experience and I genuinely would never recommend this place to anyone. Dr ripple has also made several uncomfortable statements to my sister and i, whom were underage at that time. Always caressing our shoulders and being odd.
