This place is awesome! My son came here for first dental visit and he's right over two. We loved the waiting area and all of the cute murals, the boat with seats and the treehouse for kids. There's a reading app on the back of the tree also. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son did awesome and even giggled when they checked his teeth. I knew i wanted pros for this job. I was told this was like the Disneyland for dentists and it didn't disappoint! read more

I really couldn't begin to write enough good things about Yale Pediatric Dentistry and their staff. Dr. Katy is our dentist and over the years, she's become one of our own. She's really family at this point. We've overcome childhood anxiety with Dr. Katy, she's wiped my daughters' tears when they were scared, and helped them understand the importance of dental hygiene. Yale is truly a family jewel. We gladly drive from Gonzales, just to see them. I wouldn't trade them for the world. read more

Decided to try again, brought my kids once 5 years ago. This time after their 5 min cleaning (yes,I timed it) it took quite a while for the dentist to come to check. But the worst part was not being notified my insurance was out of network. They call 3 different times to remind about the appointment, yet never told me I'm out of network, and had to pay out of pocket. With that many on staff someone should be taken care of that. Never again. Also if we need more detail I really don't like how all the chairs are open in one main room, What's the point in signing a Hippa form?? All patient chairs are 3 ft. Great atmosphere for children. My daughter is very shy but Dr. Yale and the other staff were very friendly and patient with her. Even though she screamed, the doctor still managed to calm her enough to look at all her teeth. We were encouraged to just keep bringing her back and eventually she will get used to them. This is the most child friendly, organized, professional dentist office I have ever had the pleasure of interacting. They are wonderful at making the kids feel comfortable and getting their jobs done with the added difficulties of babies/toddlers/children. My 3 youngest children are so happy to go here every 6 months. For a place with no toys, the kids are so entertained with the decor and friendly staff, they don't want to leave! I am so happy we found this place and will bring our kids until they age out of the practice. Can not give this dentist office and their staff enough stars, 5 is just not enough!!!! read more
