And the service and the food is always hit or miss. But I can't say we will be back any time soon. I know everyone is looking for service industry help right now. But they must seriously be lacking kitchen help. The last couple times it has taken FOREVER to get our food. This last time I will say we had great service. We have only been here a year or so, so we don't know the area very well. Best Happy coincidence ever. First of all it was getting late and it most places close kitchen around here at 9...we were late so we had just kinda gave up and decided to just sit down for for a drink before conceding to white castle all the way in Hinckley. Randy was super nice enough to take our orders, didn't even ask- he didn't have to though which was really cool of him. He was pretty knowledgeable about the area, giving us some info about the local lakes and where the back roads lead to. Food- wings were wet which is an A+ in my book. That alone is 3 stars. He was out of bone in, but the boneless wings were big so it was a lot of food. Beers were cold, we ate good, had a great conversation, He had a cool dog. We walked out happy! Also side note, they are dog friendly!

There was only one lady bartending and serving! She was doing amazing but for how busy it was, they really needed more staff! This was a decent sized place. Bar seating and high top as well as regular tables. The food here, in my opinion, was better than your standard small town food. The smoked wings came highly recommended but we didn't taste any smoke. They were tender and had a good moisture. The Mac sandwich had good flavor but too much bread. And the Philly had good flavor and tons of meat! But the bread couldn't hold it all and it just got messy fast. The menu here is very small, so if you are a picky eater, this may not be the spot for you. Overall, if we were in the area again, I'd come back.
