I spoke to someone to tell them we had run out of water, (reg delivery did not show up) requested a special delivery (NO SHOW) and now we are a week without water (it is the principal at this point. They came out to "fix" it and installed an adapter (see photo) in the line. The tech said I need to disconnect the line every once in awhile and clean the hose. I recently called them and was told the charges are $125 just to show up which included 15 minutes of "service" plus $3 for fuel. After that was $22.50 for every 15 minutes plus charge for any parts. They a tech would call me that afternoon or the following day. They've said that same thing in the past when I called them. Never heard from them again. I paid thousands of dollars to have a clean water system. You can see in the pictures the product and service you get if you do business with this company. If Yelp had negative stars, this company would have them.

Not much, but enough that would cause damage if not detected in time. I found Culligan customer support phone number and made several calls. No answer or the wait time was ridiculous. So I emailed them. A week went by no response. I sent a second email. A week went by no response. I sent a third email and got a question about my address and that they would notify my local distributor. Several more weeks have gone by, No response. My review, Product in its original condition worked fine, easy to install. provided great filtered drinking water in many areas where water may have be contaminated. For this I would have given Culligan filter system a 4 out of 5 stars. Customer service I give 1 out of 5 stars. And to top it off I will have to buy a new filtration system so I didn't save a dime here. Nor will I ever use Culligan services again. Obviously I am not important to them as a customer.

Well we never heard from from anyone so we called them. The female that answered said they didn't know when or if they could do it. A 1st choice well service was recommend to us. When we call & explained the problem to him & what the other well company said. He said he could do it in the AM. He came as promised & went out of his way to check for other problems ( leaks etc) to save us money in case we didn't need a new pump. He was pleasant & very polite. Explained everything. Pulled the old pump & put a up graded pump in. He worked for hours, even in the pouring rain. We have better pressure than we ever had. I definitely would recommend this well service to anyone. I will be calling them again if we need any work on our well.

My family from Chicago,Il loved it. As a boy I went to the museum In Chicago (science and Industry) and went into a fake shift mine exibit. They charged extra to ride one floor down and walk into a room and show some coal machine and let a mine laqmp go off from gas. And the same thing they are charging for today.
