This car wash works well for me, especially because I do a lot of highway driving and my car is constantly covered in bugs. I also like the unlimited wash membership. Paying one monthly fee and being able to wash my car as often as I want is definitely a great value. I also like that you can vacuum your vehicle after. This mister doesn't have the blower to blow out the dirt etc. But it still works. My biggest issue is the inconsistency in service. Sometimes the employees take the time to spray down the front of the car before it goes through the wash, and other times they don't. When that step is skipped, I often drive away with bug stains and dirt still stuck to the front of my car. I still think the membership is worth it because I can simply go through the wash again. However, I sometimes have to run my car through two or even three times just to get it clean, and that really shouldn't be necessary. A little more consistency from the staff would make a big difference. read more

Car wash did not remove bugs from front grill and bumper. We asked for a towel to try to remove after we went through. Were told we could buy one. Went through again, and amazingly, they took an extra 30 seconds to wipe down the front grill and bumper and then the bugs were gone after the second run through. Why not do that in the first place? No prewash. Came out of the wash with car still being dirty.. And why am I being pressured to give a tip and buy a membership? I don't want a sales pitch every time I go through and why am I being asked to tip? For what? I get the feeling that the owners of this location are poorly treating the staff if they don't pay them enough and they have to ask for "tip" for nothing. read more

I became a member about 2-3 months ago. I went today around 10am and didn't realize till I got home that my car was still dirty and had some sort of dried paint chips all over my car. They will not come off. I will be contacting the location to see what they can do about whatever is on my car. read more

Don't waste your time and money on this Car Wash. I have a club membership and this unit is falling apart. A lot of vacuums doesn't work, the same with the blower equipment. Yesterday was even worst, because just one of the 3 pairs brushes in the tunnel was working. When I tried to get some information from an employee about what was happening, she was very disrespectful and in the end she asked me if I would like to cancel my membership. I took my vehicle through to get washed and I old them the last time I was here my car didn't get clean all the way. I was told that once I go through the wash to stop and check my vehicle and if it wasn't clean they would do it again free of charge. I stopped and checked after it was washed and it wasn't clean. This was the second Mister Car Wash that I tried. It will be the last. No interior cleaning options at all. Exterior cleaning is mediocre at best. It's essentially a larger version of those car washes that you can get at a gas station. Wash yourself at home. Better job and cheaper. read more

My review is based on the CAR WASH only. The service is extremely professional, kind and courteous. However, the actual car wash itself is a downright abomination and a total joke. There is NO bug scrub/pre soak. There is NOBODY to brush the front and windows before the tunnel. The soap is extremely hard and leaves thick residue. Water pressure is not remotely good enough to get the staining soap off of the car. The brushes in the wash must be made out of pillow feather because they remove absolutely nothing off the car. You are better off washing your car at home, I am serious. I would only recommend Miser Car Wash to someone with an old hoopty/beater that gets around fine and just needs a quick sud and shine. However, if you have a car that you actually like and care about, avoid this place at all costs. read more

My car was damaged going thru the car wash. The attendant found the piece of my car that was broken off inside of the car wash and created an incident report. The "GM" called today and said "The only thing we can do is offer you a couple of free car washes for the inconvenience." Is this company run by a bunch of unintelligent individuals? Who in their right mind would suggest that I take my car back through a car wash that just damaged my car! I can understand if I was complaining about my car still being dirty, but it damaged my car! This is a good car wash with good hours. Their subscription membership is pretty good. I don't give it 5 stars because unlike many competitors they don't offer complementary towels or windex to finish cleaning you car after a wash.
