Pretty evident to me that this owner is unmotivated and unconcerned about keeping his commitments to his clients. Paying one monthly fee and being able to wash my car as often as I want is definitely a great value. I also like that you can vacuum your vehicle after. This mister doesn't have the blower to blow out the dirt etc. But it still works. My biggest issue is the inconsistency in service. Sometimes the employees take the time to spray down the front of the car before it goes through the wash, and other times they don't. When that step is skipped, I often drive away with bug stains and dirt still stuck to the front of my car. I still think the membership is worth it because I can simply go through the wash again. However, I sometimes have to run my car through two or even three times just to get it clean, and that really shouldn't be necessary. A little more consistency from the staff would make a big difference.
