I recently took my car to Mister Car Wash for both an exterior wash and an interior cleaning, and once again, they delivered a great experience. One thing I've always appreciated about this location is the attention to detail before your car even enters the wash. When you pull up to select your service, an attendant checks the inside of your vehicle to make sure it isn't overly packed with personal belongings. I actually think that's a really thoughtful step because it shows consideration for the employees who will be cleaning the interior. It's a small detail, but one that speaks to how they operate. I chose the interior and exterior cleaning package, which came to about $46. While that may sound a little pricey to some, it was absolutely worth it to me. I simply didn't have the time--or honestly, the energy--to deep clean my car myself, and I knew they would do a much better job than I would. Sometimes convenience and quality are well worth the investment. The gentleman who serviced my car was very kind, and the customer service here has always been consistently good. The entire process only took about 10 minutes, and my car looked fantastic when they were finished. One thing to keep in mind is that this location can get pretty busy. I happened to go on a Tuesday around 2 p.m., so I lucked out and avoided a long wait. But even when there is a line, I'd still say it's worth it. And if you do happen to wait a little while, they have a waiting area with vending machines for drinks and snacks, which is a nice little touch while your car is being serviced. If you're looking for a place that consistently does a thorough job and values both quality and customer service, Mister Car Wash is definitely a solid choice. read more

Location and the service. The employees work so hard and are so detailed friendly and kind. They make me happy every time I visit the ponce de Leon location. They get me in and fast are always detailed when cleaning and drying my vehicle. They consistent on every visit. Keep up the great work read more

My car wash here was quick and easy and it did a nice job. The people working there are super nice and helpful. This is a full-service station so you cannot vacuum your own car and instead have to pay for interior, where the staff members will vacuum for you. The prices are reasonable - about $13 for a basic wash, but I'm unsure if this includes interior or not. It's conveniently located off of Ponce Ave. They do get very busy since it's the only car wash in the area. read more

What a rip-off! After paying over $50 for a full service car wash and tip, I get in my car to find more crumbs and trash than when I pulled in. Did they eat lunch while vacuuming my car? I won't be back and would not recommend this place! read more

Major props to the service here. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews! Look at my car before and after shots! Sure I spent over 200 for this cleaning! But I needed it! And it was don't in less than one hour! Shampoo and everything! I couldn't believe it! read more

The wash itself was awful and my windows managed to become more filthy than when I arrived along with bird poop still visibly still on. The worst thing is they scratched my brand new cars consol and no one had anything to say, just made me fill out a claim (hopefully I hear back) and still made me pay $50 for a wash. Really pissed off. Do not go here. read more

Everything about this is a red flag. The whole process is a joke. Prepare to lose all your money just to get a wash. Not sure what has changed about just getting your car washed, since when do you have to pay extra to get your wheels washed or to get your car vacuumed, this place is ridiculous, and they didn't even clean my windows or wipe the door jams but the service workers are aggressive to get a tip. I know for sure that I will not be returning. Watch your money disappear quickly at this location! read more

fast, enjoyable experience at Mister Car Wash over the weekend. when our electric SUV went through the wash my son noticed one of the bumper covers fell off, and a worker hopped right on it and helped find it with a manager. also, the car looked absolutely pristine when it was done--which is the overall point of being there. lots of great value for what we paid. thanks for a great time! read more

this place is too expensive for the little service they provide, has to ask twice for a service i paid for, clean windows and shine the tires. read more

I was turned away yesterday to get a basic car wash because they said my backseat was too dirty and I had to get a detail. I have been using this car wash for five years, quick efficient they never did a 10/10 job but I worked for me. II will not be returning neither will my husband or any of my family members. read more

$30 for a drive in car wash right? And your car isn't all the way clean, the people hit my car to get my attention even though I was looking at them. Was told to get in line behind 1 car but the man who has a clip board had a friend come along and then he allowed them to get in front of me? So they whipped in front of me almost causing a wreck. Confused I asked where I should be and he lmk with a terrible attitude. I won't be back. read more

Brought my wife's car to get detailed inside and out. I was going to buy a complete package. The attendant advised that they would be happy to do so, but the interior was nice enough that I could just get the exterior package, and the normal interior service would suffice. Nice to know that they care about what's best for the client. I'm back today with my car. Awesome, friendly staff!!! Well worth the visit. read more

Decently priced for a quick interior vacuum and wipe down...however, one team member had my door open, locked my car with the keys inside, then closed the door. Staff proceeded to wedge my door for the next 20 mins to get my door open. No apologies or anything offered. Manager just told me "yeah, it happened twice yesterday" read more

Ughhh! I wanted to love this place. and initially I did. But I was excited to find a place nearby that offer interior cleaning. The plans were reasonable to priced so "I thought why the hell not?" After my first visit I immediately enrolled in a plan after been satisficed with the work done on my car. But sadly this excitement was short-lived. By the second month I started noticing that the same care and attention that was there before had dissipated. As time went on Im not only paying a monthly fee but Im also paying additional for the inside to get done to see that the quality of work is declining with each visit. I had a water on the floor on my passenger seat. When They called and alerted me that my car was ready, I inspected the car to find the water bottle sill on the floor. Like seriously?! So with that being said I am to believe that was vacuumed. I have several other examples of just IDGAF attitude from the staff. Hopefully management can get to the root of the issues happening here, they have the ability to be great! The waiting room/lobby offer seating and vending machines, so there's a plus. read more

they literally turned my business away. I arrived knowing my car was dirty in the inside. it was pretty much looked the same as previous times and they always took my van and did a great job even with pet hair. I never expected perfection. The manager came over and said that things have changed and they no longer allow vehicles to go through that are that dirty. WTH! He was pushing me towards a detail, denying me a basic wash and vacuum. I was to say the least shocked that they were sending me away. It's sad, as I have gone here for year. I am NEVER going back! read more

For whatever reason, this location requires you to pay to have your vehicle vacuumed, EVEN WHEN YOU PAY $50 a month for the membership! You CANNOT VACUUM YOURSELF! You drive through the wash but someone else does your interior. read more

I'm not sure why this place has such low ratings. The staff was very professional from beginning to end. They approach your car with a menu of different washes & explain what each contains. You pay them & then they point you to the waiting area. From the waiting area you can watch your car being washed. I enjoyed seeing my tires actually being cleaned by two different machines. In the waiting area they have vending machines. They also offer free popcorn & coffee. The waiting area is pretty well sized & professional looking. The attendant inside the waiting area tells you when your car is ready, you walk outside, present your receipt and you are on your on your way. My car was spotless inside & out. I would recommend this car wash & I would bring my car back here to get washed. read more

Tried to go for a car wash today in the middle of the afternoon, and there were just 3 cars ahead of me. I noticed one of the cars do a U-turn and leave. When it was my turn, the woman with the iPad came to my window and asked if I wanted exterior or interior. I said both (like every other full service car wash), but I was told that I had to pick one or the other. Then she mentioned something about needing to be a member to get any car wash because they only had one lane open. At that point, it was my turn to do the U-turn and leave. I'm not sure what new car-wash-business-model this is to turn away multiple customers requesting full service, but I'll go elsewhere. Followup since company's reply: the reply is a copy paste to every other negative comment. Poor customer experience. Not sure why the suggestion is to return to give them another try when the common theme to comments is that the company, as a business practice, no longer offers full service car washes. read more

Added interior cleaning for $15 is a joke. Always have to point out to them to clean thw rear interior window. Last time the dude actually rolled his eyes when I asked him, ridiculous. I have come here for over six years . Loved their $29.99 a month car wash for the outside of your car. Then a extra $10. A visit to clean the inside. Today I was told they no longer offer cleaning the inside unless I go through detailing .(why ) Because I have dog hair in my car. Isn't the reason you go to a car wash is because you want someone other than yourself to clean the dog hair out of you car. They told me the vacuums are getting clogged from the dog hair. Those same vacuums they have used for the last 6 years now can't get dog hair out! I would suggest upgrading to better vacuums! It's a shame I will have to cancel both cars I have a monthly policy. read more

I paid $120.00 plus tip for a hand car wash and detailing for my new oversized SUV. I got all the way home and realized my Coach designer keychain was missing from my car keys. I went back to the car wash and asked for the manager while I asked the detailer where my keychain was. The detailer said it came off in his pocket, but instead of taking it to the manager for lost and found, he put it in his personal vehicle. When the manager was present while I was talking to the detailer he didn't seem to care too much about the fact the detailer did not go to him. He just said from now on to come to him immediately, and that was it. No other comments were made. Do not take your car here, but if you choose to, make sure you take all personal items out of your vehicle otherwise they may not be there when you return read more

They are certainly not that good for the price. And they nickel and dime you for everything. There is an additional charge to wash the all weather mats based on: if you want them done, then another charge for how many. I miss Cactus Car Wash at this location. Since Mister Car Wash has been there it has not been a good experience. I gave it chances, even driving across town since I moved. Not anymore. They continue to not clean interiors. They will give you an estimated time later in the day though when they can get to it. I wish that Yelp will in the future add a "THUMBS DOWN" icon so that is Yelpers can share our experiences exactly. Giving this business a one star is definitely not a reflection of the services I pd for. As U can see, I was charged $129 for this visit which included an internal detailed cleaning. I had specifically stated during the intake that the pollen in my truck needs to be dusted out and was told that they would be so precise w/ their dusting that they would use air spray cans to even get the books & crannies. Dust brake dust.... everywhere! Per the PiX I posted, clearly, they overlooked dusting & wiping down the dashboard and console; to include overlooking to vacuum the carpets throughout the vehicle. Clean & Condition my leatherSeats, I think not. So, rolling it of that parking lot- by the looks of my front wheels, it was just ran through the wash. They stuck tape on the rear view wiper and peeled the paint when they removed it. Needless to say w/ such a horrible experience and such horrible service, I will NOT go back to this business just to throw $129.00 of my money for a machine wash that I could've done myself for less than $10.00. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The car is clean but, good Lord, it took forever. If they moved any slower they'd be moving backwards. They move from car to car, dilly dallying with little tasks on each, instead of finishing the car in the front of the line. Our car was left to service cars behind us multiple times. We're happy with the end result but don't go here if you're in a hurry. read more

Walk up to your car, blow on it. Boom you did a $60 cleaning job from Mister Wash. The saddest most low budget wash I have ever been to. I have literally had a light rain clean my car better than this place. When you pull up the first thing you notice is they are literally going to try to charge u a nice steak dinner for a wash. Which honestly is fine if they were ACTUALLY GONNA WASH your car. I waited for two hours only to have the attendant point out my car had been ready. As you will see from the screenshot of my call logs I was not called nor texted nor announced as clearly the announcer lady didn't even know. When I got to my car which was supposed have been washed and cleaned and the seats deep cleaned NOTHING WAS DONE. It literally was a carbon copy of when I brought it in. I paid $54 to sit in a waiting room that smells like a hot day at six flags for 2hrs only to get my car back exactly the same. EXACTLY. They add plastic that was about it. A great hustle tho charge $54 and just throw some Saran wrap on the seat and call it a day. WORST car experience of my life. DO NOT GO. I REPEAT DO NOT GO. read more

I have a long-standing platinum monthly membership w/ Mister which I recently upgraded to titanium. I live in Wisconsin, but I've used Mister locations from there all the way to Florida quite often over the years. I've been using this Midtown Atlanta location lately while temporarily working from here. It's without a doubt the worst I've experienced. The service/reception from the staff is hit or miss--by far, mostly miss. The wash is terrible. It's the only location where my car comes out completely soaked on the other end. Their drying mechanism at the end of the conveyor track is useless and the rear of my car has never come out so dirty anywhere else.
