After my vehicle got attack by some birds, which I didn't park under a tree, I knew I had to stop at a car wash before heading home. Stop by mister car wash abs it was a bit busy. There were a few cars ahead of me and it was taking a while for some odd reason. I just opt to pay the one time $20 wash since I enjoy hand washing my car. Wash was quick and it did get all the bird poop off my car. Car was shiny and fresh after going through the wash. Unfortunately, the vaccum was under manintence and I wasn't able to use their vaccin cleaner. read more

I made the mistake of not reading other reviews and despite my poor experience a couple of years ago, I went back . I didn't realize they no longer performed the interior cleaning add on. I understand many businesses had to pivot during the pandemic but was surprised by this change. I decided to get a wash anyway. My second surprise was to see pricing had not changed to reflect the reduction in service. I was here so went ahead because I really needed to get my car washed. They have an employee pushing the buttons for you instead of doing it yourself and then they ask you to leave a tip. This was awkward but I tipped anyway to help the 2 employees out. When driving up to the car wash itself, the employee guided me forward. I then learned they no longer even do the pretreating or anything. So I tipped a guy to push buttons and one to guide me forward. The wash seemed less thorough than in the past. I pulled over to use the free vacuum that did an ok job, but guess it's free so can't complain. I noticed how the wash itself wasn't very good, especially the back of the car. I think the wash that you can get at the gas station is about the same, if not better, and definitely cheaper. Two negative experiences, two years apart so I've learned my lesson and won't be back. read more

This place is pretty close to where I live and we've stopped in on several occasions to get the wife's car washed. If your looking for a quick in-and-out basic car wash that offers a very decent drying, this is the place. If your car is very dirty dirty or like mine ( it had mold spots on it from sitting in the weather without being driven), it will not come clean with a single pass. I went through three times and it still did not get the spots off the roof and trunk. They do offer a hand wash service for a few dollars more and I was told that I could get all of the spots off my car by using this option, but I did not have time for a hand wash so I drove it through again. I'm disappointed to say that it still did not come clean. We do have a monthly pass here for the wife's car and it does a great job, although her car rarely has anything more than street grime on it. I would definitely recommend this place more so than a gas station car wash.The vacuums here are free but there are only about eight stalls and they seem to be pretty busy most of the time. I will keep coming back though as this is the one time that my car has looked like this and the rest of the time it is been perfectly okay. I will update my post after I go through the next time. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what you expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special and a 5 means you were blown away. The car wash broke my rear windshield wiper. I've used Mister Car Wash a few dozen times. Before Covid, I would get the interior and exterior cleaning and have always been happy with the service. My current car isn't even a year old. Still pretty new. While getting my car washed today, everything seemed normal. When I got out of the wash, I found my rear wiper dangling from my trunk. They have a "damage to your car is your responsibility" policy, and that really sucks. I did nothing wrong. I didn't operate them while going through the car wash, it was just broken as a result of going through the wash itself. read more

The vacuums are always broken, the staff expect gratuities for doing absolutely nothing, the trash cans are always full, and the actual wash leaves whole sections of the car untouched. I been a member for almost 2 years. The place use to be 5 stars but has really gone downhill. Extremely long waits for car wash. The car wash it self has gotten worse, as when you are out of machine the front and back windows are all stained with dry spots. Many people are complaining of the same issue. For the prices they charge they should have someone standing after car washes to quickly dry windows. And forget about getting the interior cleaned, I waited over an hour today for a basic interior clean. It was only 11am on a weekday!! Lots of employees just standing around confused. I'm very disappointed in Mister Car Wash! Of course everyone is experiencing Covid 19 however, resourceful thinking is required. They only have self service exterior washing. They have terminated the outside staff that would wipe down the cars and get the water off. Not wiping the water off leaves horrible water stains and marks. If the goal is to be Covid safe, why not continue to have this feature. They also don't have an option to allow you to do it yourself. The vacuum stations are still available for self service. It just seems to be counter productive to offer car washing services but don't have the tools or staff available to complete the task. Be warned, bring your own sham to wipe down your car. I spoke to the manager and he was very nice nasty rude and condescending. He said "thinking about that was beyond his control". He further stated he can't make change, considerations or help me with my water spots. OK, funny how they found a way to fire the most helpful part of the business, (workers/outside valet) but left his non-thinking @££! read more

This place had a super long line when I arrived and I was tempted to leave, but my car was in serious need of help so I stuck it out. The line moved quickly and the staff was very efficient. Everyone was friendly and organized and my car looked beautiful when I left. I was absolutely amazed at how good it looked considering I have two small children who terrorize our car with crackers and milk. I didn't want to let them back in afterwards! So this has recently transitioned over to Mister Car Wash and I am very impressed on the changes. I have always opted for the inside and out top package. It is now $5 less than it was with Sweetwater. The computer was down when I got there, but you could see the staff there working on alternative options. It was not busy with only one car behind me as we were wrapping up. The process is the same as it was and I pulled in for the wash and around for the dry, vacuum, and rest of the stuff. I waited inside and there was an amazingly pleasant woman who was touching up and stocking the restrooms and struck up a conversation. She also asked if I wanted some coffee or water from the waiting area. It was all extremely clean and welcoming (they also have free wi-fi). The staff attended to my van and pulled it around to the side (as they did previously). I was used to the previous establishment saying car ready and walking away or leaving as you got to the car. This time the gentleman asked me to walk around, look outside and inside to make sure the car was as clean as I expected. I was surprised with that offer, but shows they want you to have good service. The van was great and I didn't notice any spots they missed. I don't get in to wash my car often, but will try to make it back into this location. Great service! read more

I'll admit my truck was dirty when I brought it in so I purchased the platinum package. I figured if they're charging someone that much money they would take their time and ensure it's done right. I dropped the car of because I didn't want them to feel rushed. When I returned for pick up I was disappointed. Not what I was expecting for the platinum package. There was still dirt on the truck, the manager tried to say it was over spray. I told him it wasn't and showed him if comes off with my finger. There was also dirt on the doors, running boards and the wheel wells. I don't understand how you can wash and wax a vehicle and there still be dirt on it. There should be someone there to the cleanup any spots the car wash missed. Due to my busy schedule I considered purchasing the monthly package but wanted to see how my truck came out before I did. Needless to say I'll stick you washing it myself. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt like the manager should've offered to wash the vehicle again or have his staff clean off the remaining dirt. If your car is not that dirty and just needs a quick wash this is your place but if you're looking for someone to take care of the small details I would look elsewhere. If you have no other choice, this car wash is fine. However, don't expect to go get a car wash here without needing some help. There are no signs to tell you that as you pull in, you need to aim away from what logically makes sense (head to where the people are with vacuums) and drive towards what looks like an exit, around behind the do-it-yourself area to where the machines are hidden to get your ticket. And don't expect for the sign to make sense to order your car wash - I tried 3 times to order just one highest-end wash and kept ending up with the monthly unlimited service option. Now I understand why 11 workers were standing around and asked 3 times if i needed help. I asked for help - said I wanted the highest wash and lo and behold they fixed it. Or I thought they did. Turns out when I finished the exterior was portion and went to the vacuum area, the order was only for an exterior wash. Fine - they refunded and charged me for the full wash and then....turns out that was barely a vacuum and not even a wipe down inside. All in all it's confusing, but if you stick with it and persistently try to give them your money you can get through it. But I think I'll head back to Sweetwater. read more

I love this Mister Car wash. Hardly ever have to wait, they're so quick and most importantly... it always leaves my car looking SO good. I'm a member it's like $20 or $30 a month, regardless it's worth it. If i'm driving by, I just swing in and 5 minutes later my car is nice and shiny. Haven't tried other services yet but I can imagine the results are just as good. I've frequented this car wash for the past 10 years on and off when it was bills car wash and now as mister car wash. I came with the intention of getting a really good exterior wash on my 2014 Honda Accord. I saw on the website a $45 "Final touch" wash and that sounded perfect for what I was looking for a good exterior wash with some interior detailing. There was a small dirt mark on my leather seat and the guy directing the line had suggested I upgrade to the $65 wash. I told him I didn't think it was that deep of a stain considering it was some paw marks from my dog and I've been able to clean those many times in the past with some basic leather wipes. He agreed and told me he would have his detail technician come over and take a look and get her opinion. Brook the technician came over with attitude before even looking at the mark and said she had to do the $65 wash and couldn't even guarantee it would clean this mark because she can't guarantee any marks will come up. She stormed away and I told the other associate I'm fine with the $45 and if it doesn't come completely clean I would just use the leather wipes I had with me and do it myself (Mind you shortly after leaving your wash the stain that was her issue with why I needed to spend an additional $20 came out with 2 leather wipes and about 5 mins of my own time). I pulled up and was told they had to make sure Brook was Ok with doing the $45 wash compared to the $65 wash and as they told her she gave even more attitude and said $65 wash or she wouldn't touch it. No sense of professionalism, no suggestions on other packages, and even the two associates with me looked shocked by her attitude. I told the guy I would just do a decent exterior wash package because that's what I came for in the first place. Despite being very aggravated by this woman's attitude and lack of respect towards a potential customer I wanted to proceed. He than informed me that the tunnel was down for at least 15 minutes due to an issue and so I left. After this experience I don't think I will be returning. I've never had someone just flat out deny me service anywhere in my entire life. It was truly disappointing to have gone for a car wash and left with nothing and being treated so poorly as well. read more

This place has is has brand new vacuums and many different car wash options. I Take my SUV here for washes. Recently the rear windshield wiper was broken from the wash (apparently they put a piece of tape on them to prevent this problem, but forgot to do that in my case). I was worried about how they were going to handle the replacement. However they ordered and replacement and installed it on my car (took two days), pretty painless process, I was pleasantly surprised. Also gave me a coupon for a free wash. I took off one star because there are cheaper places to get a car wash. I wish the prices were a little lower. But vaccums all work well and the washing is good if not maybe too many options to choose from. Just don't let them forget to tape you rear wiper. read more

WORST CAR PLACE EVER! I paid for the ultimate package and left with my car not even touched. Dirt and sand was everywhere (went to beach previously), dust all over the dashboard, and windows dirty. BUYER BEWARE -- Unlimited Car Washes -- better get a copy of your agreement in writing. They will try to enforce rules and policies at cancellation that they never provided at sign up. I gave the guy my email address when I signed up and I never received any documentation. BUYER BEWARE. I always say that a service that is harder to cancel than it was to sign up for is a SCAM -- if you truly have a quality product, you would allow people to easily leave. Then you wouldn't have upset people leaving poor reviews. If someone cancels their service, let them cancel with full refund and no future charges. Otherwise you have a shady business model. read more
