amazing customer service Isaiah was very nice and very helpful i always come here to wash my car and i love it thank you

Jesse is great. I am using this El Car Wash for the first time. My experience was really good. Jesse literally saved the day for me.. being that my Monday wasn't off to a great start. (Going to the car wash helps when I'm having a bad day). Not only was the service outstanding and welcoming... my car was clean and shiny and I'm please with that part of it too. Clean towels, strong vacuums, and just a clean, good feeling atmosphere. I recommend El Car Wash to anyone local to Winter Garden or if just passing through.. And Jesse, thank you again. read more

Paid $30 to have to pre treat my own truck, then go through a wash that barely rubbed against the truck to clean anything off then pretty much dry the whole thing off myself cause there was so much water left on going through ... do not waste your money. read more

Was offered a service at a special price for one month. I said only if you're charging for one month and don't charge my card again unless I ask. The girl I spoke with said that they would only charge my card for one month and not again. Their tire shine is nothing but an axle grease-based material which just throws globs this crap all over my rims, so I decided not to continue with them. Was on the CapitalOne website and discovered these crooks charged my card again, without permission and now I have to spend time fixing this issue. Update 5/28/26 After getting the fraudulent charge reversed and contacting them not to charge my card these criminals went ahead and charged it AGAIN! I DON'T WANT YOUR SERVICES ANYMORE, STOP CHARGING MY CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

El Car Wash in Winter Garden is fantastic! I live in Miami but travel to North and Central Florida very often and I always make a stop at this car wash for a quick wash. Excellent service always, something the ones in Miami lack unfortunately. They also have stations with soapy water and brushes to pretreat any excessive road grime or bugs before you run your car through the main wash. Excellent idea! Jesse manages this place perfectly! Attentive service and attention to detail is key. read more

This is a great car wash. It's brand new and has a bug washing area, clean towels, air tools, vacuums, window cleaner, car mat cleaners and more. The car wash club allows you to wash your car once a day for a monthly fee. There is a scanner that reads your license plate and sets your wash when you arrive. There are no long term contracts and you can visit any of their locations. read more

Jacob the attendant-Excellent greeting and very welcoming. great wash for a great value.

First car wash in the area that can accommodate the wheel base of a Ford Raptor! Used to go to Classic Car Wash until I got a Raptor and they could handle my truck. Wash City is brand new and has some great equipment. Car comes out ultra clean through the wash tunnel and than you can park in one of their 30 bays and further perfect your car is appearance. Their vacuums are ultra strong and have the exact attachment you need to get between the seats as well as suck up any other dirt. They provide clean towels, window cleaner and also have compressed air nozzles so you can get in between all the nooks and crannies and really blow out all the excess water and dirt. They even have separate mat washing stations for rubber mats and cloth mats. Monthly memberships are available and well worth the price! read more

Monthly car wash member here!!! I started off with their deal of $10 car wash monthly for the first three months then they started charging me $30/month for the Uptown option wash. Well worth it!!!! A decent car wash is like $20 and I try and go at least 3x a month equaling to over $60! $30 is a steal! They also have other washes that are cheaper and more expensive. I love that the car wash and detailing area is always clean! The attendants are so helpful and friendly and that they have vacuums on both sides of the car!!! The power of the vacuums never disappoint and they always have clean towels for cleaning. They also have two mat washing stations and machines which I've never seen before. Highly recommend! read more

I really enjoyed going to this car wash! When you first pull in they have a large basin where you can pre-scrub your car! This is recommended before you enter the car wash (reminder this is self service). The wash itself seemed decent my car did come out clean. After I pulled my car out the wash I went to the self service parking spot and there they had a vacuum, a smaller air hose for small crevices, window cleaner spray and small towels. The vacuums worked great! And that window spray worked miracles! They also have a separate sink to clean floor mats. At the sink they had soap, brush, rinse, and dryer hose. I really wish they had detailing services but I must say although it is all self service my car did come out clean both inside and out. They are reasonably priced as well. read more

New nice and clean car wash. Staff are friendly and the location has, air compression to get in the nooks and crannies. Also has floor mat wash, which is great. It would be even better if they had free air for tires. Then it would be a one stop shop for daily driver use. The only issue is that when you sign up and get the 3 month promotional rate at $10 and you update your credit card, it kicks you off the promotion. The staff can't fix it and they don't inform you of the error. This made me lose a month at the $10 rate which stinks. They need to fix that issue. read more

$10/month deal for the first three months when you sign up for an unlimited wash plan. I regularly visit Wash City and my car is always clean. Brand new vacuums to use that actually pick up all the crumbs and dirt in the car. They even have a small air blower to get crumbs out of the pesky cracks! Will remain a loyal customer. read more

BEST CAR WASH IN CENTRAL FLORIDA!!! This location is a brand new car wash and they are utilizing the best equipment in the business from Sonny's. Car comes out incredibly clean, facilities are spotlessly clean and extremely well-maintained. Vacuums are incredibly strong with a crevice tool to get in all the smaller areas as well as air nozzles to spray out all of the interior and the water that sits inside your mirrors and other areas on the exterior so when you drive away you don't have water spraying everywhere. They have a NO loud music policy which is nice but they have pleasant background audio playing on 30 bays as compared to the competitor down the street that only has 10 bays and the vacuums are a joke and constantly clogged and the property is very dirty and anyone pulling in off of the street can pull in and vacuum their car and hog up the spaces and they're not even getting their car washed and they have no game plan and have not had one for years on how to prevent freeloaders pulling in and using the vacuums for 30 to 45 minutes and they're not even a customer. VERY Nice car wash to say the laest. Well done Wash City!!! Oh...and FREE air fresheners to boot!!! read more
