This Mister Car Wash location is so much better than the one down the street. At first, I didn't like that the road guides you towards the car wash first so that you vacuum after the wash, but that was because I was used to doing the vacuums first at the other 2 locations in Clermont. It makes a lot of sense the way it is laid out because cars are not blocking the vacuum stalls. If you prefer to vacuum first, you can just turn in to the stalls first and then head to the car wash after. They have much more powerful vacuums at this location compared to the other 2 Clermont locations. In addition, the car wash cleans the car better. read more

Hello, Saturday, April 26, at approximately 4:15pm @ 17017 State Rd 50, Clermont, FL 34711 my vehicle was struck by the automatic gate arm following another vehicle through the unlimited member side. With the gate open I kept moving forward assuming the gate would stay open as it scanned the windshield sticker. This was not the case as the gate sensors malfunctioned and should have sensed my vehicle in the path of the gate arm and reopened like any automatic gate or door with functioning sensors even if it didn't scan the sticker in time. I spoke with the manager on site which she then replied "it's standard procedure to stop, let the gate close, then wait for the gate to reopen." I then asked where are the signs that state this procedure, clearly there are none (see pictures below). So it's assumed that the customer is supposed to know your "standard procedures?" Yet there's no information anywhere via signs, lights, pictures etc... Interesting. So in hopes I would just go on my merry way. I stated this is not a solution. The manager then decided to create an incident report which should have been her first response. So after the report was made I was told the general manager would reach out to me on Monday the 28th which he did. He said he reviewed the camera footage and deemed it a customer error and that mister car wash is not liable for any repairs or damages to customer vehicles. Not a savvy business model in my opinion, the money it would have cost them to repair the damage far less outweighs the money they will now lose from my family with multiple unlimited member accounts. It's a shame companies like this don't care about their customers. Clearly they just want your money since they push the "sign up for unlimited membership" down your throat every time you drive through. read more

For what you get it's not worth it. Same prices as competitors, except no free towels (you can pay $2 per towel), no cleaning supplies, and no carpet cleaner. You get a basic wash you can probably do at home for free (no one in Florida needs an undercarriage wash unless you go mudding) and a home like vacuum (barely picks up anything). Looks like I'm finding a different solution cause there's no value here. read more

So. First off we drove 1200 miles and had to get some bug guts off the windshield. An easy enough task for most carwashes. Not here. This is a tunnel wash where your car move on a roller through the system. No employee touched the car. You vacuum the car yourself. Why should i leave a tip for the crew. You didnt do a service. All you did was try to get me to buy a subscription and stick my credit card in the machine. Dude we do that on our own every where else. I dont need you taking my card moving it 1 foot to a machine and asking for a tip the signaling the guy at the start of the tunnel that i didnt leave a tip. You need one person to manage this self wash. What a joke. read more

This is the better of the Mister Car Washes in Clermont. I think it does a better job on both our SUV and my pickup. It does seem like these car washes are using less water/foam than they used to. I parked under my tree while on vacation and came home to a dirty car. Since my mobile care detailing service was not available for few days I decided to stop by Blue Water Express Wash for a quick clean. It is located on Highway 50 in Clermont. All you have to do is pull up and key in the wash that you want. They take cash or credit cards. There was an employee who sprayed something on the front bummer and quickly swiped the back with a long handle brush. After going through the wash I pulled around to the vacuum area and was impressed that they had two kinds of hose nozzles and a small blower for tight areas. They also offered glass cleaner and clean rags. When I got out of my car to use the vacuum I noticed that there still was dirt on the roof and the back bumper. My daughter was ahead of me in her car and had the same experience. We drove through rain in Winter Garden to get to Clermont so it seems especially odd that both of our cars were still dirty after going through the cleaner. read more

I took both my wife's and my car for a wash here today I was impressed after washing my car so I brought my truck after purchasing the wash I wanted I drive in and Theres a truck infront of me which the employees looks in the bed and lets the truck go in so as the truck enters the wash and I am behind it stuff starts flying out of the back of the truck and on to my truck to a point that a HIGE box got stuck under my truck and the employees after I cursed them out came out with saw saws and had to cut the box out from under my truck, thankfully no major damage but the damage could've been worse, the driver in the other truck noticed and sped off right away, they definitely need to do a better job checking truck beds that are uncovered! read more

I agree, this is the better of the Mister Car Washes in Clermont. The only draw back is I didn't find any auto floor mat cleaner like the other place. Still coming back to this one as it gives a better wash job. The tires never seemed to be cleaned very well at the other one on rt 50. read more

I'm a club member, the only issue I have is my club card hasn't worked for over a month, but everyone has been super friendly and super understanding of my frustrations. Today the attendant was extremely friendly and suggested I try an outside sticker, so he changed my account again for a new club number and put on outside, and even explained how to remove the excess glue/residue . I am very pleased with the overall service, the only thing I may suggest would to have a floor mat automatic cleaning machine, it would make the cleaning floor mats a breeze. Best Car Wash for the value! The staff is always on point with any request. The area is clean and professional. They have rags and window cleaner at no extra charge, which is outstanding! When you are vacuuming the car the also have a high pressure air hose to get water from the hard to reach places. My family and I take all of our vehicles here and I would recommend you do as well. Had a nice 1st experience at this car wash. I had to call them to obtain their actual location. Yelp has them where an Orthodontic office is. Whoever answered the phone was extremely friendly in explaining where they were. When you pull in the place will remind you of a Sonic. You'll see slanted parking spaces where free vacuuming is available. You can also grab a netted sponge to do personal detailing that a typical car wash will not remove. Once done pull around the corner and choose which car wash is desired. The friendly staff will direct you onto the conveyer and ask you place the car in neutral. The car wash itself isn't anything special. It is quick though. Maybe b/c I chose the $7 haha. When it "spits" you out, you're good to go. I will return and try a more expensive car wash sometime. The staff is über friendly. One can tell they are quite appreciative of their customers. ** I will add that the $7 wash did not at all take off what I needed it to.
