I'm giving them a 2 because of the saying "you dont know what what you don't know" I have the membership for the premium wash and have asked before how does the system know to give me this when I go through. I was told the person guiding you in will punch it in. Well I have seen that happen about 50% of the time. So I may be paying for premium but receiving regular washes. However the don't know part comes In because I went to the Johns creek location this past weekend and it was an entirely different t experience. For starters they greet you with a very friendly attitude when coming in. The person who guided me in was the same, extremely friendly. Then comes the "didn't know piece"...in Conyers it is VERY hit or miss if the person guiding you in with use the spray gun on your car as a pretreat and IF they do it's just water. In Johns creek they used it and SOAP came out and she did the entire car! When we went in I can tell you it was double the soap and after it was rinsed they hit me with double the soap again! When we drove out my truck was far more clean there than in Conyers (which is sad)! On my way back home the next day we went back thru Conyers and it was worse than usual. Most likely cancelling my and my wife's membership. Why do we have to go to other places to get good service?? read more

Too expensive for just a machine exterior wash. Had to vacuum the car myself. Exterior bathroom was not clean enough for me to feel comfortable using it. Tried the go inside to use bathroom and wait while my father was vacuuming but door was locked. Then someone opened the door and confirmed that there is no indoor bathroom or place to wait. We had visited this location on multiple occasions prior to our most recent visit. All decent visits and if our SUV was not cleaned appropriately then they would run it through the car wash again. They have changed since the last time we went in that they are now asking you BEFORE you even get your car washed if you'd like to tip. It's more like being pressured to tip. Because the employee is there helping you select what type of car wash you want and once you select the type they ask you if you'd like to tip. Now I'm willing to bet that 95% plus of customers do til because we feel pressured to do so. What kind of person would say "no" when the employee asks if you'd like to tip, am I right? Against my better judgment I went ahead and tipped $2 on my $10 wash. Well our SUV wasn't washed appropriately and they refused to run it through the wash again. Furthermore, the manager, Chris, did not even allow us to vacuum our SUV. He said that they stopped running cars twice through the car wash because "it costs us $9.78 to run it each time." And that they'd be losing money if they ran it through again. And that even if it wasn't clean there was nothing he could do. It was 2 minutes until 6 PM and he didn't let us vacuum our SUV. He didn't even say well you can come back tomorrow and vacuum it then. He just flat said that we had to leave and turned around and walked away. I requested my tip amount back and he said that for that he'd have to cancel the whole transaction. Which he said that he couldn't do since our SUV had been run through the car wash even though, as I had pointed out, it wasn't cleaned well. I'd call our experience awful and would suggest people avoid this high pressure tipping car wash where even if your car isn't cleaned well they will refuse to make it right by running it through the car wash again or giving you your money back. read more

Mister Car Wash is the only car wash I will use because in the past other washes couldn't get close to their washes. So, I decided to go unlimited washes for 2+ years now. The workers are very cool as they wave to you and enjoy the ride of course. My car usually goes through with no problems, but my SUV license plate got bent going through that one time. So, I only take my car through it and it shines the wheels and keep the car clean. The vacuums work correctly. 32.99 monthly unlimited. I know two times they cancelled without saying anything, but it was handled greatly by the workers. I never had any scratches on the car. Then the only issues I have when they close earlier than 8PM. Yesterday (6-17-24) I went 7PM for a quick wash and closed. I've noticed they close early at all the locations before 730pm. I will get off work thinking I can get a quick wash.... closed. Great car wash for your basic car wash needs. I have the basic package and my car gets clean enough to say that I got it washed. The lines can get long on the weekends or evenings and holidays so try and avoid those times. I don't like the sticker being outside my windshield. Vacuum center good because all the vaccine have been working when I've gone. read more

This location irks every fiber of my soul. Let's start with even trying to get IN to the place. The gates (for unlimited members) rarely work, and I mean you'll have a line of cars backed out to the street because the gates don't scan barcodes. IF you can find an attendant, they have to manually scan codes with iPads, take a picture of your car, and then insert a key into the gate to raise it. The opposite of efficiency. I showed up once and there were literally no attendants in sight. Folks were blowing their horns to alert someone, and nothing. I called the number listed on Google, went straight to someone's personal cellphone. I finally found their corporate number, where some guy in a call center assured me that I just didn't see the employees but they were there. I asked if he would call them then and ask for them to come out and let folks in. He put me on hold and came back 5 mins later and said "well that's interesting, no one picked up". Gee, you don't say Sherlock? I was ready to assume it was all locations until I visited the one in Alpharetta. Like night and day. Smiling kids guiding you in, gates opening automatically, three rows of parking spaces for vacuuming, and a mat cleaning machine. Not a good experience at all. Came around 3:00 on a Sunday.. chose the #2 which should include everything but the wax. My car was not cleaned.. the tires were not shined. Right after I got through the line, they started to turn cars away due to maintenance issues claiming the machine was broken. I'm beginning to feel like it was broken for me as well. The top of my car is filthy and there are now scratches on my hood that were not where before. I do not recommend. read more

They broke the antenna off of my car. I was told that I had to go and get at least 2 estimates to get it fixed. I called the claims department and told them I was not going to waist my time getting estimates and the the only place that would touch my car is a Hyundai dealership. They said that was fine to get an estimate from them and they would handle it. Then they had the audacity to tell me they were not going to pay for the full total. I am not the person that broke my car. I am not taking it to some cheep third party place and get crap parts put on my car. Never go there if you like your car!!!! Update: This happened on March 20, 2020. Today is May 28. After numerous attempts of leaving messages and emails for the general manager and regional manager. They have yet to respond. I have tried calling corporate and they give me the runaround. I finally threatened them with a lawsuit and now they are wanting to repair my car. I really liked this location. I chose Express #1. As my car entered the wash, someone quickly scrubbed my front and rear windshield. The wash itself was fairly quick compared to other drive thru establishments. They have quite a few vacuum cleaners once's you've exited the wash. So, for this option you will have to do the finishing touches yourself. I would recommend this location because it is really quick and easy to use, and open most holidays. read more

I started going to this car wash a year ago and finally decided to get the premium monthly plan with them and I wash my truck every day!!!! Yes!!!! Every single day!!!!!!!!!! I love the friendly staff and the machine works magic!!!!! My truck comes out shining like lightning mcqueen!!!!!!! Hahaha!!!! I love this place!!!! My wheels get shined up! My truck never gets scratched!!!! And I love how the wax makes rain slide right on off!!!! Machine leaves black marks on my car. My car is yellow and I have to buff the black marks left by the washing machines off every time. I really only come here because I can use air to wipe my car down and blow off the dust on my engine to keep her looking awesome. Machine that shines your wheels is hit or miss. This car wash use to be really good. New ownership and the machines or something changed. I asked the young lady about the wheel and tire add on. She stated it would spray and clean wheels. So I pd $20 for the extra tire service and now I am having my son to spray and wipe wheels down. This review comes long overdue! For starters 1* was the lowest I could rate unfortunately. It's hard to determine what's worse the UNprofessional leadership or the faulty equipment. This car wash establishment is lackluster at best. I thought I was getting a bargain as an unlimited wash club member, but soon discovered I was throwing away money. This location regularly closes in the middle of the day due to the old, poorly maintained wash equipment, and when concerns are raised the "managers" are very rude, disrespectful, and clearly incapable of resolving simple matters of service recovery. They attempt to offer credits, but "corporate office" continues to bill monthly charges...It's really a nightmare because the local chain & corporate office are never on the same page. My wife & I have been members solely due to the convenience of this location...But It's gone from bad to worse. They have high turnover, and this current regime Ryan and Ms. Wallace lacks the soft-skills and empathy needed for successful customer relations. It's clear that Mister Car Wash is staffing warm bodies due to the volume of this location. It's all about volume and maximizing profits here...Quality product and customer service are an afterthought. So, If you care about your vehicle and care about quality customer service.. I was at car wash and the truck goin in front of me wasn't moving when he went in the attendant kicked the tire and said he fixed it and the truck went in and he waved me in. Got into the middle and the truck wouldn't move again and my car started slamming into it... my car got damaged and here i am almost 2 months later and they have not done anything about it giving me the run around... they claimed to have sent me video yet i haven't got it. Only thing i got was a dented up bumper and a knocked out of place alternator. I also want to point out me and other driver left with thinking they were taking blame cuz that's what we were told, but changed the story 2 days later to the guy was at blame! The attendant talked to the guy than let him leave and he spoke to me. Had they thought it was the mans fault they should have let us speak and contact the police, but they did not. Now i have no car to drive with 2 little kids and nobody cares. Do not go here!!! I just came to the car wash this morning after coming all of last week and it was closed. Just so happens that this young man Josh Garrett was running this car wash today all by himself with with (NO HELP) and it was running like clock work. My card for some reason dropped from the system and he was able to get it up and going while still washing the cars at the entrance before you actually go through the wash. He told me that he will be the one running this location from now on. I'm so happy to hear that because I was going to definitely stop coming to this location and drive to a different one because for the last 2 weeks it has been nothing but problems with no communication to the customers with memberships. Ok job... but half the people that work there are nice but a few of the employees are rude and ugly on how they deal with repeat customers. I have been using this car wash for over 9 months and I did not want to put there sticker on my windshield and it has not been a problem for all this time but today( 7/18/2018) as I pulled in for my Bi weekly car wash today the young lady who was working as the greeter stopped me to tell me I had to put the sticker pass on my windshield or cancel my prepaid subscription. I told her ok and then she abruptly with attitude send to me "so you want to cancel your subscription " keeping my cool I looked at her with a puzzling look and went on my way she then RAN as fast as she could to report me to the staff to stop me from washing my car. By this time I had already started to put there sticker on my windshield. I'm half way in to my monthly subscription of 29.00. They're always a lil slack when you come through. Very little attention to soaping the windshields, my last experience they didn't do it at all. Sometimes many of the vacuums are not working. This place is OK overall. They need to move into the 21st-century. They charge for their cleaning rags. Nobody does that. You simply provide cleaning rags and Windex for people to clean the cars. The car mat cleaner is broken. Vacuums are OK. Use the brush to wash off the windshield and the back window as well. Come up to the next level guys. You can do this. It's good for you. I was not happy with this place the first time I went, but I decided to give it a second chance. I paid $20 for the platinum package and when I got home and looked at my vehicle, the tires were completely dirty, no tire shine what's so ever (which is included in the platinum package) and dirt still on the outside of my vehicle. Horrible job! We took our Explorer for a wash. The front was okay, the sides looked good, but the back was streaked and not clean at all. The attendants at the kiosk were friendly, but the attendants as you entered the car wash only lightly sprayed the back of the car. Very disappointing, but glad we didn't pay for the monthly membership! read more
