If you're looking for a reliable and efficient car wash in the Camp Creek area, Ultimate Car Wash…read moreis a solid choice. Service: The process for a detail is not quick but, it's smooth from start to finish. The staff kept things moving and were professional, making the experience easy and stress-free. Quality: My car came out looking clean, shiny, and refreshed. I arrived w/a noticeable scrape/dent that happened the night before out of state with black marks on my truck that really bothered me. I asked if they could remove the black scratches, and they did an amazing job--now you can barely tell anything ever happened (unless you're really looking like I am!). That alone impressed me so, see the before & after. Convenience: The location is super convenient, especially if you're already in the Camp Creek area. It's perfect for a quick stop when your car needs a refresh without taking up too much of your day. Value: Overall, they go beyond just a basic wash and actually care about the end result. I'll definitely be back!

While the facility looks…read moreclean both inside and outside, I deeply wish that same level of care was reflected in their actual service. Based on my experience, I highly recommend finding a better place to take your vehicle--one that will actually respect your property. [1] (https://www.theultimatecarwash.com/)Here is exactly why I will never bring my car back to this establishment:Property Damage: They literally broke my speaker in my car during the service.Lazy Service & Hidden Messes: They didn't bother to move the chairs at all. There was plenty of dirt, trash, and pet hair left completely untouched underneath both the driver and passenger seats.Missing Belongings: To make matters worse, my vape pen went missing. I know for a fact I had it right before stepping out of my vehicle for the detail.Terrible Accountability: When I brought the missing vape pen to the workers' attention, it was never found. Instead of taking ownership of the broken speaker or the lost item, the staff just brushed it off with a casual, "my bad."A slick, clean facility doesn't make up for property damage, theft, and lazy cleaning. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually trains its staff on basic hospitality and vehicle care.

They were able to buffer out the scratches and bring back my baby's shine. One thing I enjoyed about this car wash was the hospitality, quickness, and, ultimately, a good and cleaned car. They have a few specials. Whenever you pay with cash, you'll receive a cash discount. And you can receive a hand car wash (I believe it's only for cars--not trucks) for $20. This is just for the outside. I've enjoyed the services here so much that I wouldn't dare going to another car wash.

Short version: I took my car for a hand wash and wax at Auto Spa Bistro for the first time today,…read moreSaturday, June 21, 2025. I left a happy customer. Therefore, I plan to return for my next wash and wax. Will I have the same experience next time? I hope so. Long version: Based on today's experience, I give Auto Spa Bistro a solid four stars. I researched this place before bringing my car here. On both Yelp and Google, reviews are all over the place. On Yelp for example, Auto Spa Bistro currently has a 3.2-star average rating with 162 reviews. Reviews are polarized with mostly 5-star and 1-star reviews. So, I knew I was taking a roll of the dice. Today, I got lucky. This place has been around for a while. The first Yelp review was posted in March 2012. The business has stood the test of time. I've lived in the neighborhood since 2001. This place is often busy on the weekends when the weather is nice. Knowing this, I showed up around 9:15 AM, shortly after they opened (9:00 AM). I pulled my car into the lot and was seen immediately by John and manager Mike. Mike told me that a hand wash and wax (outside only) for my car, a mid-size sedan, was $100. That was consistent with what I saw on Auto Spa Bistro's website for 2025 prices. I agreed to the $100 wash and wax. John worked on my car. The payment process was interesting and consistent (at least, partially) with what I read in reviews. First, John wrote "$50" on one of those paper restaurant "guest checks" and told me to pay inside. Then, he said I could tip when I paid inside or tip later via Apple Pay or Cash App. I asked if he had Google Pay or Venmo and he said no. I agreed to Cash App since I wanted to see the finished product before tipping. Inside is a small bar and lounge. I wouldn't really call it a restaurant, though they do provide sit-down service. You're either at the bar, high-tops, or sitting in lounge seating. They have a lot of TVs. There was only one person working inside at the time of my visit: Nia. She was the bartender/server and took everyone's initial payment at the bar. Kind of funny paying for a car wash at a bar. She printed out two receipts: one went back to her and the other, stamped "paid," went to John. Nia was very nice. I read in some reviews that you're not allowed to sit inside unless you order food or drink. That wasn't the case this morning. Other customers and I sat inside without ordering anything. However, this may have had to do with the time of day and how busy they were. Maybe they restrict inside seating during peak times. I also spent time waiting outside on the patio. You can watch them wash cars from both inside and outside. However, if they're doing more detailed work like waxing, they'll pull your car to the side where it may be out of view. John finished my car in just under an hour. He did a great job. I was impressed with his combination of speed and thoroughness. I'm very particular about my car. I used to detail it myself for many years. I've also had many different detailers work on my car over the years, so I know the commonly-missed and difficult spots. John is up there with the best to have worked on my car. The only spots he missed were certain corners on my wheels. All the other detailers have missed these spots as well. Not a big deal. It's a nitpicky thing. Overall, my car looks fantastic. I want to mention two things I really appreciated about John: 1. He used "black shine" on the bottom molding/trim of my car without me asking. This is something that I used to do myself, but got tired of asking detailers to do (cumbersome). When I walked up to my car and saw that he had done that, I was so happy and taken aback a bit. It showed he has an eye for detail and he's considerate. 2. I had the oldest, crappiest car on the lot: a 2001 Volkswagen with about 305,000 miles on it. If you've driven by this place, you know they wash a lot of fancy cars. Not mine. Other cars during the time of my visit included two Porsches, a Lexus SUV, one of those giant, nice-looking pickup trucks, and a recent-model Corvette. Yeah, my old car was outclassed and stood out like a sore thumb. I say this because John still treated it like the other cars on the lot, with care and priority. I really appreciated it. Another thing I appreciated was after John was done washing my car, he pulled it into the shade to do the wax job. Cars shouldn't be waxed in direct sunlight because the heat causes the wax to dry too quickly. They used carnauba wax, same as me. I was curious how they were going to handle the wax portion and they "passed." Again, as someone who used to do this myself, I appreciated all of this. When it came time to pay the outstanding balance and tip, I was confused. I ended up paying one of the other workers $75 via Cash App (he and John agreed to settle up). So, $50 went to the business inside via credit card and $75 "to John" outside via Cash App (remaining $50 for the service plus $25 tip from me).

They shampooed my seats. They cleaned my dog's seat cover very well. Vacuumed in between every crevice and whipped down every surface. The only thing my car was missing afterwards was an air freshener. The staff was very courteous. I was quoted 1 hour but it took 2 and the final result was fine with me. Since it is hot outside bring you a drink to stay hydrated. I was referred by my best friend & I will definitely be back.

So…read morewhen I decided to finally go for a much needed cleaning today, I specifically sought out Feydis. First, I drove to their location near Lenox, but since I was a bit confused on exactly where it was, I switched gears and headed to this location that I had gone to last time, on Marietta Blvd. I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff after a couple minutes of standing around by my car, once a AAA truck had pulled out of their line of view and they spotted me. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on (seat stains and dirty cup holder), selected the package I wanted, and waited in the chairs under cover that they have outside for customers. I believe I waited about 30 minutes but it went by quickly. When my car was done, I tipped 25% thinking that I was going to open my car door to near perfection, only to STILL see stains on my passenger seat from when I had spilled something on it and goop in my cup holders from when my hand sanitizer had exploded in my car due to the heat, last week. As I said, I had even pointed these out to the workers specifically before they started. Upon my disappointment, I got the attention of the worker who had helped me cash out and showed him where the hand sanitizer was still caked on. I didn't even bother mentioning the seats since I figured that could've been a lost cause at this point. He tried to wipe it out for a couple more minutes before shrugging and telling me it wasn't going to come off. I thanked him and left, knowing that I was going to have to try to work on it myself or take it to an actual dealership. Even if the seat stains may not, I have confidence that the hand sanitizer goop WILL come off. At least my car is cleaner than when I came in and smells nice. However, this was not worth the $50 that I paid. I'm glad at least that I hadn't spent more because I almost did. I don't think I would've gotten any better a job out of them though even if I had paid more. What they did for the service I selected was not up to standard. At the very least, they should have apologized and been honest and upfront with me before I paid to let me know they did their best (if they did) but could not fully clean my car to perfection. Sadly, they accepted my money and moved on with their day. I will not be returning for a third time.

Leo and his team did an incredible job and I cannot believe how clean the inside of my car is. Like, I thought I could do this myself? Ha, no. I wasn't interested in any exterior work and didn't want to do the interior shampoo since I didn't want to spend too much, and they offered me a great price on an interior focus plus shampooing.
