The owner is terrible. I have been coming to this car wash for 2 years. I had even bought a membership for both of my cars. I needed a quick vacuum for my car, no wash was needed as is was going to rain later in the day anyway. The owner pulls his big ford truck (probably needed to make up for his tiny...) around to the back vacuums where I was, and yelled at me to buy a wash. I pointed to the membership chip on my windshield and continued to vacuum my car. He came back again told me to buy a wash or he was going to turn the vacuum off. Mind you the membership comes with unlimited car washes! I told him off and told him I will be canceling both of my memberships! I tried calling today and yesterday to cancel both of my memberships because of this but they don't even answer their phones. I will never give them my money again! read more

I come here a lot but whenever I come, there never open on time I have to sit and wait until a worker decides to come to work and that's unprofessional. They never have dry clothes to dry your car with even though there advertised and the vacuums barely do the job I do a better job picking up the trash inside my car by hand. Will never spend another dime there again. The machine scrapped the bottom side of my car. They finally realize it was their fault, I was told the owner was out of the country for 3 months and couldnt be reached. You mean to tell me in this day and age of technology; email, fax or even a message in a bottle the owner can't be reached or doesn't want to be reached. Well I waited the 3 months and left him a message and he evaded and dodged me every chance he got. So I took the liberty of getting my own estimate to repair the damage and left it for him. Of course when I inquired again the estimate was lost. Months later I finally caught up with him, he said he would take care of it by taking the part off the car and having his body shop fix it. After 3 visits to take the part off (they never had the right tools) my car is still not fixed. How do you treat a member this way? Well rather than fight him in court over a couple of hundred dollars I figured the best way to deal with him was to the my membership elsewhere and give him an accurate review of his horrible customer service. I visited this location on August 8, 2020, for a basic carwash. When i entered my front window was just fine when I exited there was a enormous crack down my front window. I immediately exited my car and asked for the manager who said his name was John Kim. I showed him the damage to my car where he immediately went into defense mode proclaiming the damage was not their fault and brushing me off. I had to seek him out a second time for him to provide me with a business card or any contact information he came back with a sticky note and left it at that. When my husband arrived and questioned John about my window he tried to say I had a chip prior to arrival with a blurry image of what looked like a dirt spot he was trying to pass off as a chip. Regardless of which his photo showed l did not have a crack in my window when I entered the wash. He then offered to give us an incident report which he said would not be processed on their end but for our own records. He had me sign my statement and give the form back to him at which time he began to add additional remarks that I did not sign off on or agree too. We asked who he reported too and he replied he was the general manager and there was no one higher than him in the organization. Clearly if you are a manager there is someone higher than you, he refused to provide that information. We realized speaking with him was pointless and left. We will seek to find the next person up for this issue to be resolved. This is a terrible business with horrific management. read more

If you don't mind your paint job getting scratched up and your car looking worse than it did before you went in this is the place for you. Management failed to take responsibility making excuses about the scratches being there before and I know exactly how my car looked before because I wash it every week. I'll spend the extra money to get it buffed out and fixed but they will never get another dime of my money. read more

Been a Quickspa carwash customer for over 4 years,you guys have some of the best service and i have always been treated fairly by your staff,Yesterday (Saturday) i was kind of in a rush cause i had to make it to my doctor,the female that works there was really rude and seemed very upset,i tried to ask her a question and she just walked away with an attitude,i assume she had a lot going on because the police was there for whatever reason,but that's no excuse when it comes to dealing with a loyal customer,i was really upset that she acted as she did when i only wanted to ask her a question,she shouldn't be a wise choice for business in the future. read more

I thought it was expensive. I usually go to a place in Stone Mountain for about half the price. I will say this though, I was holding up the line cause my money fell on the floor as I was about to pay and a worker came over and put the cash in the machine and set it up for me. The staff was super nice and the guy who sprayed my truck before it went in the wash looked like Taye Diggs. It would have been nice if there was a bucket to tip the nice workers. If I need a car wash on this side of town I will probably go again but I'd rather go to Stone Mountain. Lastly, the vacuums are free. read more

This place is horrible. Don't take your car there!!!! They will charge you top dollar to do "everything" and not do it. I chose an option that would wash the rims and shine the tires and when it was not donre I went to the offiice and met an individual who called himself "Jack" that stated "the screen may say that, but you don't expect us to clean your rims when we are so short staff." My response was "do not offer and charge for the option if you can't do the job." This man was so rude and unprofessional he walked away. I called out to ask him for his manager and his reply was "I am all you got, and don't f...ing" come back." WOW!!! and then we wonder why the economy in our neighborhood is so bad. I always get the basic $6. I usually go because my car is covered in grease and oil from being repaired. The inside is always covered in my dog's hair, so i like to go as soon as they open get my car washed and take my time vacuumming without it being too crowded. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recently learned that the towels come with the $15 wash. Next time I'll stop at the dollar store and get a microfiber towel to bring with me. read more

I was very disappointed with this car wash. First of all it is 6 dollars for a basic car wash. More than I've ever paid for one. The actual wash was decent but not for 6 dollars. When I was coming out of the wash a worker almost backed into me with his truck and got mad at me when my car is in neutral and JUST coming out of the car wash exit. Just imagine how I felt. He beeped me as I drove around him, as to say "Hurry up" so he could finish backing up in the wrong direction!!! After that, I parked and asked a worker where I could get a towel to dry my car. He immediately cut me off and said "what car wash did you buy" and I said the $6 dollar one. "The towels only come with the $15, $18 and $20 washes" he said. I was so shocked. Its like going to a restaurant, ordering some wings and when you ask a waiter for napkins they say "Oh sorry ma'am, napkins only come with the salmon or filet mignon". Really guys???? As if that weren't enough, I tried to vacuum my car and the suction was horrible!!! I could've used my mouth and a straw and still picked up more than that worthless vacuum did. What a rip OFF!!
