Need our vent hood cleaned so had him clean it said it was dirty and haven't been cleaned in years…read moreon the roof . So he would have to charge 1600.00 plus tax it was so bad. I told them ok could i get a better price? He said no that was the price so I agreed to let him do it. The next day my vent hood wouldnt turn on so I had to Call my repair man to go on top of the roof that morning to fix it. I asked him what he saw on the great vent hood cleaning for 1600.00 dollars. He said it wasn't that clean and they had left the screws out of the cover also. So he took pictures for me. I don't mind paying for stuff if they do the job according to the price they charge, they did not do 1600.00 dollar job. I am so bothered by vent hood cleaners. They know that you can't get on the roof to check there work, so you just have to take there word for it. It is so wrong to half ass do the job then charge someone that much money. I guess they never dreamed I would send someone on the roof to look.

Fine, rescheduled for today. Again, waiting around for five hours. at 11:45, they still haven't shown up. I call the office, and I get the run around. They tell me that the crew is busy with a big job and will be at least two hours late. Did I want to reschedule. I was furious. Why didn't they call me? I finally track down the manager, who is making excuses for the crew. One of the guys didn't show because his wife went into labor. Why do I care? He didn't go into labor. Why didn't he call me? Then he's making excuses for last weekend and explaining that cleaning saltillo tile involves a difference process. Why do I care? I told them what I needed. Horrible experience, and the work they did was mediocre at best. Do not use this franchise. Absolutely terrible service.
