MY SEEDLINGS ARE NOW GROWN! that means i need nutrients. I come back to this shop since they are very kind and welcoming. Once again i was greeted as i walked in. They let me browse their shop at my own pace and tell me if i have questions i can always ask. I take my time and find what i need their prices are fair and i like supporting local business when the prices are fair! I have experienced only great service at Mission Hydroponics. I have purchased most of what I need here. I get help taking items to my vehicle. I see some poor reviews, my response is that the owner has been very friendly to me. I visit during the hours shown online and have no issue. Wanted to support small business instead of the giant conglomerates online. Walked in and 2 men behind the counter, one older and one a couple years younger, talking very loud about money and "charging 10% more" on their products. The way they were talking about it though was in a very negative vibe. Anyways, went on my business and got a price check for a product. A younger employee was very helpful with price check but it was INSANELY EXPENSIVE! After that younger employee went to help another, I asked the older man behind the counter about another product, completely didn't care and said to "go ahead and read the box." Smh. Ended up buying something small and they charge $1 to use debit or credit. Never again... read more

Everything I've ever needed to have successful harvests is always readily available at MH. Their CO2 tank exchange is fantastic. Owner is really knowledgeable and has all products any grower could possibly need... soup to nuts. See you there! read more

They do have a wide selection of product. However when I went i was looking for light hoods, and most of what they had on display they no longer carried and upon further request of different hood they didn't seem to have any info leading me to believe they are a bit unorganized. In addition when I asked about the difference between two of they're product he said he wasn't sure, when I asked why he chose to use the one he was using for his main source of nutes his reply was simply that they are more expensive and that means they should be better. A bit turned off by they're lack of knowledge and shallow answers. On the plus I found an awesome shop 15 minutes away in Ontario thanks to them forcing me to search else where. read more

I had to pick a star to get my review posted...I pick ZERO but it won't let me post a Zero star...This place is crap....owner is a a-hole who doesn't list prices so he makes you ask him and then he acts like a dick...Iwent to buy a complete grow system and asked the price on a tent he said he didn't have any but the rep Robert showed me a whole bin full of them...but no price...I asked about a LED light price...Chang gave me a price $200 more than what my son was quoted 2 hours earlier...This a- hole Chang told me to leave because Robert was eating lunch...which he was not...before I asked for Robert's help I asked if he was busy or helping another customer...he said NO and he could help me...I had cash and Credit enough to buy...I can't think of any reason to be refused service I was polite and respectful. I think he is a racist and thinks if your Hispanic your poor F this guy and his business...look at the short 1 line reviews with little or no comment...they are BS...look at the long detailed ones a see the pattern...then look at his responses....he thinks 21 years in business means a good company...it doesnt...goto a place that lists their prices...and sells to EVERYONE In the community...this place is not worth your business AMAZON blows away their prices...This guy will tell you to buy off Amazon and to leave his store...DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS read more

This place has the worst policy ever. I bought my 24000 btu mini split here and it did not work. I came back for an exchange for a working one and they wont exchange it for me. Instead they said I have to leave it for warranty exchange. So I left it there for them to exchange it under warranty. Then about 3 weeks later they called me and said it's fix. I brought it home to installed it and still did not work. I then call the company to use the warranty itself and they just said wait, please hold. They took my number down and said will contact me back. About 3 weeks after that, they did not call me back. I called again and still they took down my information to contact me again. Still nothing. I spent over 1k and did not get to use my ac for a single day. They wont give my money back nor fix their product. They sold me bad stuff and just rip me off. This place does terrible business and took my money without giving me a working ac. I called an ac guy to come n take a look. Cost me an additional 300 dollars for him to verify that the mainboard was fried. The place is full of bs. Dont waste your money here. read more
