I was seated immediately and Lin, the nail tech, got to work. I had fake nails on that I had attempted to remove myself but it was unsuccessful. Lin very carefully removed the fake nails bit by bit all while maintaining my original nail underneath. My natural nails break easily so I was impressed!! I got a gel manicure and pedicure from Lin and couldn't be happier. Additionally, Lin provided excellent mail care while partly managing the phone and appointment book. The price was very fair and the service was great. They do a lot extra during the pedicure as well! I recently went to another salon in Warminster and was charged double for service not nearly as good. On top of all this, all the nail techs were kind and greeted past clients with joy and familiarity. You can tell they appreciate those who choose their business. Even though it was a busy weekend I watched them take walk ins too! I can't recommend them enough.

This was my daughter's first time getting nails, and Annie was gentle and friendly, often asking her if she was happy with the shape and design. After searching around, I found this salon and noticed they had a 4.9-star rating on Yelp, so I decided to give them a chance. I only needed my gel nails shortened because they had grown out too much, and one of my nails had already broken because of the length. My nail technician was Annie. She was professional, friendly, and listened to all of my requests. There were a few differences compared to my usual nail tech. Normally, my nail tech removes the old gel using an electric nail drill, but here they clipped the gel nails shorter with nail clippers. I wasn't quite sure how I felt about that method, but it wasn't a major issue. Another difference was that my usual nail tech trims the dead skin and cuticles around my nails as part of the service, whereas that wasn't done here. I'm not sure if that's something you need to request separately, but it's something I normally expect during a nail appointment. Overall, I would give this salon 4 stars. They're relatively new and seem to be doing their best. Annie even gave me a short back massage, which was a nice touch. Most importantly, they were able to take me as a walk-in and help me with my overgrown gel nails, which had already caused me to injure one of my fingers. I'm grateful they were able to fit me in and take care of the issue.

I was also impressed by some of the options for the deluxe spa pedicure and I think I may return for that. The only criticisms I have are that even though you couldn't tell from further away, my topcoat had this weird bubble from being applied kind of sloppily and my nails smelled really weird after I'd left -- like.... Very chemically in a way they'd never smelled before with any manicure I'd ever received.... But overall, I was satisfied!

There was no air conditioning, and it was extremely hot inside. I asked the technician if she could disinfect the tools before using them because I did not see them being properly sanitized. I also asked if the door could be closed since it was over 90°F outside. Instead of addressing my concerns, the technician became very rude, raised her voice, and started yelling at me. At that point, I asked her to stop the service. I paid for the time spent and left, but she continued yelling as I was leaving. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon. I was also concerned about the sanitation of the tools and believe the local health department should inspect whether proper disinfection procedures are being followed. please don't waste your money and time!!!!

Last month I indulged in an amazing pedicure, which legitimately looks like I was just done within the past week even after wearing closed toed shoes every single day. When I broke out my sandals for the beautiful weather, my feet looked amazing. No cracks, chips, smudging...and because of the meticulous work they do on the cuticles, you can barely even see growth. I will never again go to another business for my nails care needs. Additionally, I decided to get an eyebrow wax done. Ive been trying to grow mine out for quite some time after being butchered sone place else, and they look so lovely. I previously had problems with wax, but they ate so clean and sanitary, as well as gentle, there there was no residual issues. My toes were fine, I was not looking for too much, but my nails on the other hand were a different story. I was not paying much attention when getting my nails done but the shaping was off that I asked for which made my nails so short. I didn't realize until I paid and got into my car, that my nails were streaky, bubbly, clumpy, there was polish on my fingers that I had to clean up, and there was not a correct coat of polish on each finger. I was so upset so I called back and Kathy said that she would redo them. So I took her word and got them fixed. While I was there I asked her to fix the polish and the shape. But my nails got even SHORTER!! And the polish, still wasn't great. I even scheduled another appointment before my appointment to get 3 pedicures with 2 other people with me. Kathy had explained that 1 person would have to wait. I can't stand when this happens! I booked 3 because I wanted them all to be at the same time. Therefore I did not go back.
