I absolutely loved my facial with Britni. It was my first ever, but was more than I expected. The…read moresalon was bright, open, clean and updated. It had a new, but not over-the-top, modern feel to it. My room was private, quiet, dimly lit and peaceful. I splurged a little and went for the deluxe facial which included lots of warm towels, massages, extractions, microdermabrasion, moisturizing and lots and lots of relaxation. Britni was very professional and pleasant and I enjoyed all 90 mins. I will be checking out their other services, such as the lash lift, and can't wait to go back!

I have recommended Ulta Beauty's Brow service to many of my friends for years. However, today I had…read morean unusual circumstance occur resulting in the worst customer experience I've had with any sort of service. The brow specialist burned half of my eyelid of and did not acknowledge or say anything until I blatantly pointed it out. Even though I didn't have to pay the $30 for my eyelids to be burnt off, which the brow specialist only did after I asked, it did not change the fact that I was burned. The manager was extremely condescending and mockingly laughing at my mom and I when we asked if there was anything else that could be done by their team since they were at fault. I could go into far more detail about this terrible experience, but I hope that this brief summary is enough before any of you spend $30 on a brow wax at a place that could not care less about their customer.

I don't even live in Enid…read moreanymore, but when I come back to visit my family I always visit Ulta because it is just so convenient. Some people may complain that the workers at Ulta are hands off, but that is actually why I prefer Ulta to other makeup stores like Sephora or even makeup counters in department stores. I like to have the freedom to explore the makeup myself without feeling awkward because I actually don't know exactly what I'm looking for or if the product I'm looking at is actually the correct highlighter/bronzer/concealer that I need. Plus, the staff here are very polite and knowledgeable if you do have questions! They have such a large selection of makeup, skincare, and hair care products that you are almost 100% sure to find what you are looking for. They also have the benefit brow bar (which my mom loves) as well as a hair salon in the back!
