Two days later Jerry and his team showed up, on time and with enthusiasm. They did a great job on the van, and we were impressed by their professionalism and pride in their work. Additionally, they located over $100 * in cash, and a ring in the van, which Jerry placed in a zip lock bag for us. The professionalism, honesty and attention to detail is appreciated. This van is my daughter's college, camping & adventure van ... and it was really dirty. The leather seats, carpet and in floor storage spaces all needed attention. So, I googled "Auto Paint Correction" immediately, as water spots can cause havoc to your auto paint. A lot of mobile detailers and car washes popped-up, but I needed a paint expert. I found Paragon Solutions, and Gabe was able to get me in the following day. His website, with a plethora of cleaning packages to choose from at varied pricing, was easy to use; and I even scheduled my appointment for the next day. I was pleased to find out that he had an uncontaminated dust free garage to work on my truck, since I was getting a 3 year System X ceramic protection. My auto spa package included: Hand foam wash, undercarriage rinse, engine bay detailing, clay-bar, interior shampoo, steam cleaning, windows, 2 step paint correction, System X Crystal+ ceramic coating, and trim restoration, plus other minor deatails. We had some issues with our insurance company providing a tow and Tristan immediately jumped in and sent a reliable tow within a few hours. Once the repair was complete, they arranged to drop off my SUV for us - we weren't going to be able to pick it up for a couple of days and they were low on space, but still, it was a huge life saver and so awesome of them. And then, these angels fixed up a bad scratch on the rear of my SUV that wasn't even related to the original accident. They just saw a bad scratch and fixed that while they were doing the paint work on the front bumper. Absolute angels - I had been stressing about getting it fixed and had gotten a quote from Caliber to fix the scratch (Caliber quoted me hundreds of dollars). PS, the Telshor Caliber is the worst - I had worked with them before and refused to go back. So, anyway, when I saw they just painted over the scratch without even a second thought, I couldn't handle it. They saved me hundreds and dollars and time having to deal with it. Last, they gave my SUV a super professional deep clean before dropping it off. I know it's not uncommon for body shops to give the car a wash before handing it back, but this was above and beyond the standard wash. My SUV looked brand new, inside and out, when they were done. They are all around, a class act. Businesses just don't operate like these guys anymore and I'm so lucky I found them!!

After breaking ABS sensors in Hubs, instead of drilling broken material out and just replacing sensors they replaced perfectly good hubs with new hubs and sensors. This shows me a lack of knowledge of these workers and perhaps no management training. I am a master auto/diesel mechanic with 60 years experience. Being retired I no longer have tools or means to do this type repair. I would also caution leaving anything of value in your vehicle.
