The imaging technician that preformed the CT procedure was very professional with outstanding bedside manner. She took her time to make sure the procedure was done with the best results for the lab and my doctor to review. During the procedure, she told me about what was coming up and what to expect, so I was not surprised by any of the steps or chemicals used during the procedure. Also very pleasantly surprised that the wait time once I was in the back waiting area was under 10 minutes, before I was lead to the imaging room for the procedure. Solid 4 stars.

I can't understand why customer service is non existent and I was treated like an imposition on their day! When you're face to face with the technicians it is a warm caring experience. Phone calls are subpar and I was left with the question why take the job if you don't like people!

Even after checking in, more than 20 people were called and left while I continued waiting for 1:47 hours. When I asked about the delay, Charisma said that I was considered late and had been pushed to the back of the line. If there was a scheduling issue, it should have been communicated clearly instead of leaving me waiting without explanation. Very frustrating and unprofessional handling of appointments.

I fixed their mess. The receptionist never loaded my prior study, lied to us, as of today, over a week later, no comparison was ever done. The technician Abe was the most unprofessional, rude and abrasive person I have ever met in healthcare. I was never treated like that before during any medical service. I don't think she's competant to even achieve that simple task. From what I can see, the radiologists are knowledgeable with what they are working with. It felt like we were in a private movie theater. The technician was very nice and personable. She worked on my daughter and since the baby was asleep, made some suggestions on how to try and wake the baby up. Baby turned out to be stubborn so she offered a free revisit to see if baby would cooperate the next time. We left with a few videos of the sonogram and pictures. Highly recommend this place if you are considering doinga 4D/HD ultrasound.

They no longer have the minimum required spaces normally required much less the medical facility requirement. They clearly choose to violate the rights and laws of disabled rather than non-impaired persons and flaunt their disrespect for law. As a walk-in patient, the process was fairly painless and I was seen within an hour after arriving. Not bad considering it was after 5 pm! The staff was nice enough but didn't seem too professional, especially the lady at the front desk. Even worse, the estimated amount I owed and had to pay ended up being about $125 MORE than she originally quoted me (even with insurance). That dreaded bill in the mail arrived about two weeks later, and it was a nasty surprise especially after putting an expensive co-pay on a credit card during my initial visit. The facility seemed high tech and was clean, especially in the back. The lobby was uncomfortable and reminded me of a run down bus station. There were plenty of seats, but it's not the most pleasant place to have to sit and wait. Once I was taken in the back, the tech was super friendly and did a good job explaining what she was doing, which helped take the edge off an already stressful situation. She wasn't very thoughtful when it came to having me raise my arm for x-ray pictures, though, and I constantly had to keep reminding her that my arm was potentially broken (indeed it was) and trying to lift if over my head was incredibly painful. The entire x-ray process took less than 30 minutes, and they got the images to my doctor within two days. Yep, broken arm right at the shoulder! That meant I was able to get in to see an orthopedist for professional treatment that same week! I wouldn't make Pueblo Medical Imaging my first choice the next time I need x-rays, but it worked in a pinch and is great if you need to get some imaging done outside typical medical office hours.

As someone who has worked in healthcare for over 24 years I know full well what happened here. An appointment entered requires name, DOB, and contact information. No way this was an error. My husband being the nice guy he is, said "the ladies were very nice", but said they could not help me. My question was "who has my appointment and how did they book two times for separate patients in the same time slot"? I am being very clear here in this review. If anything happens to my husband because of this error, not on his part, I will not hesitate to make sure Steinberg spends their time in court. Mistakes like this are not acceptable. and he should have been quickly rescheduled, seen the same day and managed by the staff, instead, he left, not knowing what he is to do now.
