I do not have dental insurance. He took an X-ray and said I have an infection above where I had root canal 2 years ago and that I needed to go to my endodontist. I was charged $189. My endodontist had a CT image capture done and kept looking at the image saying he did not see any sign of an infection and didn't know why I was referred that and what he could even do as a next step. He stated the pain was most likely from a sinus issue. The total cost was $330 for the visit. I returned to T&P and explained what happened to Dr. Lou. He said the endodontist cost seemed high and dismissed his initial diagnosis saying that it was good we ruled out an infection as a cause for the pain!? He looked at my chipped tooth and said it needed a crown. He pitched his office's dental plan and walked out. He was very unconcerned that I had paid over $500 and had really nothing to show for it. Personally, if I unnecessarily caused someone to spend over $500 I would stand up and offer some help for restitution like reimbursing my initial $189 fee, offer to discount work on the crown, or something. Standing behind one's work, IMHO, tells a lot about a person's integrity and wouldn't trust any doctor or business that doesn't possess it.

Dr Lou is a good dentist I think. He has been kind and I was with this practice about 10 years. I…read moream leaving. Let's just say things are not what they were.

Follow-up Appointment: Immediate Office personnel was friendly and easily provided the next appointment within the time frame set by doctor. No extensive wait time for next procedure. This facility is worth the out of state travel that we take for quality dental service. We're usually seen within 10-15 minutes upon arrival.

My first time there was terrible. They did my X-rays and I sat down in the chair for my cleaning,…read morebut the exceptionally rude dental hygienist said that the Dr didn't have time to see me. I said okay, but I can still get my cleaning right? Nope!! She just wanted to go home. I wasted 2 hours for no reason. The dentist I was scheduled with was leaving the practice, so I then understood the horrible service. When I rescheduled, I said I won't see that dentist even if she's available. Her and her hygienist were rude. I switched to the dentist my husband goes to at that location and I'm thrilled with her and her hygienist. My teeth are a mess from moving during covid and no dental office taking new patients. I take many meds that are horrible for teeth and autoimmune diseases that cause dry mouth. So needless to say, I've needed a lot of work. My new dentist has been exceptional! She's focused and friendly, which makes the time go by quickly. The office isn't pretty, which I don't care about. As long as the dentist is great, I'll continue to go. I've had the worst experiences at offices that are magazine worthy and ended up with a serious blood infection that landed me in the hospital.

I don't even know where to begin. We have taken our children the 3 different dentists in the area…read moreand have been disappointed with each one. Dr. Farah - however - is like finding a winning lottery ticket! I cannot possibly recommend her enough. Her staff is always so professional and helpful. Dr. Farah is so extremely kind. Other offices charged a ridiculous amount for laughing gas and we had to hold onto the same mask. Dr. Farah's office offers different scented laughing gas and it's so much cheaper and we don't need to keep track of a mask. Our son was terrified of his last dentist. He would always scream and cry. Here he is so calm - he actually looks forward to going! Our oldest daughter is disabled and severely autistic and Dr. Farah has a pediatric anesthesiologist that she partners with to offer in office sedation and also partners with St Luke's if your child needs it. We love her. We love this office. Our kids finally aren't scared of the dentist and love seeing Dr. Farah.

I have had dentistry care for my two children for several years. Last year, I attained more…read moreknowledge about fluoride and requested to no longer apply moving forward. The dentist, Charlene thought it was a good idea to undermine my decision. She proceeded to question my reasoning in front of the entire staff. I was questioned, if I was concerned systemically or topical. This question was extremely insulting and unprofessional. I, as a mother have every right to choose the extent of care. It's ironic, in order to administer fluoride you have to give signed consent. So it waives any liability to the dentist. Yet, she thought nothing to make an attempt to make me question my decision making for MY children. I also had an issue with insurance. My 19 year old aged out of his insurance and they provided service without informing me. They sent a bill instead. I just want to give fair warning about this dentistry office and how they operate. Maybe if I was White/ Caucasian there would have been a very different experience. She judged so quickly, that I was ignorant and lacked extensive education. How wrong she was! Absolutely despicable display of assumptions and prejudicial treatment!
