This restaurant was a bit of a letdown. After reading many reviews on it via the internet we thought we would give it a go. We turned up and we were welcomed very warmly and seated very quickly with no reservation. It had a nice atmospheric feel to it. All the tables were lit by candles it was lovely. Our waiter came over so we could order drinks. He came back minutes later and had forgotten one of the drinks, we though we would leave it a few minutes just incase it was still being made. About 10 minutes later we had to ask someone if we drink we had ordered was on its way, only to find out they had forgotten it. We didn't even get an apology. The waiter then came to take orders for dinner. The service was very quick and we had the meal within a 10 minute slot. I had a chicken corma and it was the blandest curry i had ever tasted. I was expecting better from a five star write up. No one came to ask how the meal was going which was odd as most restaurants do. Afterwards the food was all collected and he asked how the meal was. We lied and told him it was lovely to spare his feelings. Minutes later the bill came and it was a good price, maybe a little pricy considering the food wasn't great. All in all i give this restaurant 2 stars. Warm atmosphere..... There isn't much else i can applaud though. Would not recommend. read more
