Chandry, our sonographer, greeted us and was very sweet and kind. She was very professional and explained what we were looking at in my belly. She was very patient too. I highly recommend her and hope I get her again one day (if I return to this location). Afterward, we were taken in 15 minutes early to see Dr. Cassie who was also very knowledgeable. She explained to me what was causing my spotting/bleeding after seeing I have a subchorionic hemorrhage in the ultrasound images. She reassured me that while it isn't normal it is common and most women end up having perfectly fine pregnancies with healthy babies. She explained to me that my baby is developing just fine, so there wasn't a need to worry. I had an excellent experience here at this location for the first time. Everyone is prompt and friendly. I booked an appointment to control severe pain, and no one had told me that I had to wait 3 months to get another injection to control pain. Their medical records also had the incorrect date on the injection. Then they referred me to a doctor who does injections that don't even control the kind of pain area I have; the doctor had completely wrong info on the procedure he referred me to. According to the doctor he referred me to, that procedure doesn't even exist! It took me asking them for 3-6 months to refer me to a pain management clinic, and that clinic only treats addicts, not pain patients. They told me to lie and say that I'm and addict, despite that going on a Permanent DEA record. In my experience, they are incompetent, don't really care about what they're doing, and don't care about their patients, and do not take them seriously. Also, gossipy nurses. Not a professional environment that gets things done. They could stand to learn from a well-run office.

After she scolded me for not knowing this "law" she said & I quote "you are not getting an appt!!" And she hung up the phone. After this, being very upset and startled considering all I wanted was an appt. and maybe some empathy for my vicious infection, I called the administrative office to tell them of the occurrence and I received only a voicemail box. I then proceeded to the Oregon City office where I was cared for, seen and treated all in the same day. NEVER EVER EVER call Peterkort North, you are wasting your time & theirs too apparently.

They all told me (not this provider, as they never contracted me back) that they NEVER submitted the pre-authorized it so it wasn't covered. Somehow, it's never their job. The fact is, they prescribed the med and couldn't get it processed for me for 10 days without any communication. There isn't going to be a second appointment, and I wouldn't never trust this place with your mental health if you can help it.

Finally, she left work hours early today to come home and be ready for her phone appointment... only to get a call one minute after her appointment was supposed to start, cancelling the appointment. Apparently the doctor didn't feel like doing it. She's now having a bit of a meltdown over how impossible this entire process is, throwing her even deeper into depression and anxiety. So. If that's the experience you're looking for from a therapist, then these guys are right up your alley. If it's not, avoid these "doctors" like the plague. Oh, by the way, their policy is that if you don't give two business days notice before cancelling an appointment, they're gonna charge you $100. We found out today that that policy very much isn't reciprocal.
