Every place has its things that it does well, this place has good gold - necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. The employees will tell you when something is CZ, filled, 14k, 10k, etc. They will tell you the contents of the items you are interested in and if they do not, you can ask them. I do not come here looking for diamond rings expecting the quality to be comparable to Tiffany's. All the employees have been nice to my husband and I including the security. The employees will give you your space until you call on them. The store is well organized. It is a clean and spacious store. It does get cramped during their busy hours. I'm reaching out to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your Hialeah location. I…read morevisited the store to have the battery replaced on my watch. Unfortunately, I had to return later the same day because the watch had stopped working shortly after the service. Upon returning, I was informed that the store did not have the proper tool to tighten the back of the watch, and I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came back the following day, the watch still wasn't working. I was then told I would receive a refund for the battery replacement, which I appreciated--but the process of picking up my watch and getting the refund took almost an hour. During that time, multiple employees were trying to figure out how to check me out in the system. I had to ask several times to speak with the manager and to simply have my watch returned. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the watch is worth over $500 and the battery service was only $30. The lack of preparedness and urgency from the staff made the experience even more unacceptable. I'm sharing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that it can be addressed so future customers don't go through something similar.

Long story short they gave me someone else's CAD file when I sent them my own custom pic. They sent me 2 designs as far as details on how I wanted my pendant. Instead of saying my bad I misheard or misinterpreted what you were trying to convey, he says " you liked the details on that one so that's what I made". Make it make sense, I sent you MY PIC multiple times. Let's back it up a bit. I called once a week trying to get it done so that it can arrive with my chain. I even left my phone number one day after unsuccessfully trying 3 times in 1 day. "He left for the day, he'll be back monday". I called monday from my job and cell phone and as i'm calling he's emailing me saying "we're busy we can't answer the phone" but you see me calling to address the situation and you have time to email and service customers instore. Make it make sense.I paid $15K in total. Here comes the upcharge "oh 31g only fills the back you are going to need at least 60g to fill it out". I would've paid an additional $2800 for that. I say that to say this. Respect, Honor and Integrity goes a long way. Yes I canceled my orders. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
