I was actually working from home on the 3rd service date, in which the two people who showed up, late and didn't have a mop with them, spent one hour in my condo when they said they were done. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a kitchen full of dishes in an hour for $150! The cleaning was very superficial but the owner just asked if "I was happy with what they did", to which I replied that I couldn't observe how they did anything but one hour is not adequate to do a thorough cleaning. I just confirmed that I wouldn't be continuing with their service and the response was "I'm sorry you feel that way". I Do NOT recommend unless you are able to micromanage all of their movements. I cannot do that, which is why I need help at home.

Fresh Perspective Renovation & Remodel…read more After two years of the pandemic and lumber prices skyrocketing, we finally decided to tear down the old deck and build a new one. We searched contractors and most of them had mediocre references. We came across FPRandR through recommendations and, in the end, thoroughly liked our decision. The crew was very professional: their estimate was within out price range, they went through what needed to be done and bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. The work was always top-notched. We recommend them highly!

I found out he charged me $350 for a countertop that was $40. He quoted me a price including the countertop, but then charged me again for the labor and countertop. He never showed up when he told me he was going to, had a billion excuses, always on Mondays. He brought his wife and small child into my home without my knowledge or consent twice. You couldn't ever get an exact time on when they were going to show up, if they showed up. He said he was going to refund my money but wouldn't say when and now he won't answer my text messages. We paid him in full and he left my kitchen unfinished! I fired him after I found out he had my countertop for 4 weeks and just left us hanging. And $350 for a $40 countertop was the last straw! We now have to hire someone to finish the kitchen even though we paid for the whole thing already! He was supposed to match the paint we used in 2 bathrooms and hallway to paint the kitchen, he did not. So now our kitchen is a different color and it stands out pretty bad. It was supposed to be a bright white, it's cream colored, it will have to be repainted to match the rest of the rooms. There's countertops on both sides of the stove. The right side is an inch shorter than the left side and the right side is not level. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and shoddy work! BEWARE!!!
