I'm here in MB traveling for work. Needed to get my nails done and reviews on this salon were fine so decided to go in. Everyone there was very nice, the place is clean and very accommodating. My issue is with the quality of the work done on my nails. I went in for a dip powder manicure 50$ because I used 5 different colors (normally 45$). Initially I looked at my nails and they looked fine. On my way home, upon closer inspection I notice that I can see through every color. Also I can see streaks from the polish brush on the tips of each nail. Not to mention each nail is lumpy and not smooth. It's now a day later and one of the tips of my nails has completely chipped off. Definitely not what I expected for 50$. Will be visiting again when I can to see if they will fix them and will update my review based on what happens when I return. read more

Worst pedicure ever! Only went there because of Yelp rating. Barely talked to me, only one top coat on gel nails, then had Mom do the pedi and she kept me waiting Didn't understand a word she said and visa versa. They got me in earlier than my appointment time and even offering me a beverage. The did a good job with the cleanup part of the pedicure except the clipping on my big toes. I do have very thick toenails on those toes and it does take extra care. The attendant appeared to not want to take the extra step even when I mentioned it. The polish on those two nails ended up looking uneven. I was however very pleasantly surprised they have a drying station for toe nails. Very helpful. Everyone in the shop was very polite. read more

We called and were able to get in 15 minutes from the time I called for 3 pedicures. Everyone was polite and all the tools looked clean and autoclaved. I was expecting to be given options for a pedicure but the only variation is whether you choose gel polish or regular and it's $30, which is a little steep for me. And the pedicure didn't last long but that could be because we weren't scheduled. I was also very happy with the lady that I got and my grandma got a sweet lady that kept complimenting her so now she's super happy! Overall, all 3 of us are happy and would be willing to visit again when we come back to the area. read more

I read reviews before going so I went first thing when they opened. It was just my mom and I as walk ins. They got us in right away. My mom has the same person for her mani and pedi. I had different for each. It was one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I had gotten a full set with gel polish and I must say these people were Awesome. So nice and the place was clean. Usually my nails hurt or are sore after getting full set and it was pain free. I had even gotten my nails too long (my fault) and went in the next day and got them shorter for no extra charge! New to the area I went there for a mani-pedi. I am fair skinned and older and have thin skin. The sugar scrub was rubbed on too hard on one of my lower legs and I ended up with sores. I went back and they told me not to have the sugar scrub anymore and it was not their fault. They took no responsibility that it may have been scrubbed on too harshly. At the time it was done it reminded me of when I am I scratching an itch and I know I should not be because I am going to suffer later for it. Well, I sure did. All that aside, I went back 5 month later for a mani. I told the guy I had an issue with my cuticles. Instead of soaking them he took a rotating file to them and was filing down good nail bead instead of cuticle. Who does that? I wondered if he had any kind of training at all to do such a thing to healthy nails. I walked out and no one said a word. I went back because I left my nail polish and water and again no one addressed the issue with me. Perhaps personnel needs training and they are busy enough that they have no need for returning customers. It's shame because I thought that would be regular place to go. read more

I had asked if they did SnS powder, and they said yes, but they only had other brands. I had my own, so they used that. First was soaking off my old set. I would have preferred more soaking and less pulling off! Powder manicure with extensions is beautiful. The shape is exactly as I described...not always understood at other salons. The peppermint spa pedicure was heavenly. 2 aestheticians (young woman did fingers, gentleman did feet) worked on me, so I was out in about an hour. My mother and I had an appointment to get a gel mani/pedi. My first complaint is that I was completely finished before they even started on my mom's nails. She sat and waited for a little over an hour despite having an appointment and arriving on time. My gel pedicure wasn't bad, but my gel manicure was the quickest and most careless I've ever gotten in my life. It was chipping within the first week and gel nails typically last a month for me so that was disappointing. Then, we were also given a guilt trip at checkout to tip all of the people who worked on us (5 people total). Thankfully, I put my foot down and said no and we tipped on the service we got instead. The icing on the cake was that it cost us $75 each for a gel mani/pedi. For that price, we should have received an outstanding service and product. Instead, we got less than mediocre. We won't be going back. Ever. read more

I had a fantastic experience at Miracle Nails. They are open 7 days a week my Sunday visit convenient for me. The owner did my nails. He is a very nice young man. We had a lot of great conversations during my mani-pedi. We both laughed out loud at numerous points. He told me about his background and how the name of the salon came about. Besides the great conversation, he did a great job on my nails. Originally, I tried to schedule an appointment but we decided to show up. Within an hour of my request for an appointment, someone responded (it was him) that appointments were not accepted on Sunday. We waited less than 5 minutes so our timing was great. All technicians were busy and customers consistently filled the salon. The salon is well designed with beautiful chandeliers. I was wary of salons in Myrtle Beach for some reason. However, that theory no longer has a place in my mind. I highly recommend Miracle Nails. read more
