While on vacation at North Myrtle Beach, SC, I was in need to get a pedicure, with overlays (due to a health condition), my old set of gel nails removed with a new put on and my brows waxed... I am one that values if a nail salon puts cleanliness/sterilization, customer service/friendliness and quality service as a top priority to set the bar high and exceed customers expectations... After searching the Internet for over an hour last night, I came across an app called " YELP" and every customer had reviewed "Miracle Nails" with 5 stars across the board... I was very excited to find such a salon, as these rarely exist... I emailed the salon and within a very short time, I received a reply email that they could see me in the morning... The reviews spoke highly of employees Van and Vicky, so I requested them for my services... At the first open of the door to the salon, I was greeted with a kind hello from Vicky's husband Jason, and immediately directed to a pedicure chair... Both Van and Vickie took impeccable care of me, asking questions to get to know me and were so sweet, kind hearted and genuine... I loved the "Miracle" pedicure I chose! Van was so talented and helped me very much with my MS pain in my legs... Her massage technique and attention to detail was excellent!!! Vicky was so gentle removing my old set of nails, took her time putting on a new set and asked periodically if I was pleased with her work... I was truly so very pleased... I can't express enough the wonderful experience I had at Miracle Nails today... Thankful beyond measure I drove a little distance to go here from North Myrtle Beach... Soooo worth the drive! I really don't know where to start in writing this review! Is there a better word than FANTABULOUS?!? We moved to MB a little over a year ago, and a neighbor gave me the name of the "best" salon in the area-so I went- and kept returning figuring that the salon was the "status quo" and that was as good as it got. After a very unpleasant experience I went on YELP, found MIRACLE NAILS, and thought I would check it out this morning. When I walked in I immediately thought I was in a very high end spa. I was greeted right away- I relayed what services I wanted and immediately I was politely and professionally taken to and seated at a station. The whole salon was IMMACULATE and through the nail fill and pedicure great care was taken regarding proper hygiene and cleanliness. I was made to feel that I was important- and great care was taken to make sure I was pleased and pampered. Upon being seated I was offered and served a chilled glass of wine!!!!! The fill and pedicure was superb- the staff friendly and professional- and the salon was elegant and classy!!!!!- all at very competitive prices. I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi during my weekend retreat. I filtered yelp salons by rating and at the very top was Miracle Nails. The location was super convenient since I wanted to grab dinner afterwards. The salon was decorated beautifully and it was spotless. My wait as a walk in was just a few minutes. Before I knew it I was soaking my feet in the tub, lined by a disposable liner! Kudos!! My soak was so relaxing! I enjoyed a complimentary water as well as the fantastic massage chairs. My pedi was perfect! Jason did a great job and was very accommodating of my ticklish feet. The massage and hot towels had me nearly asleep. My mani was just as great! Again the hot towels and the massage! This salon was the cleanest and most hygienic I have ever experienced. The tools were packaged and sterilized. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My friend and I had their full attention! We were called by our names and all 4 of their nail tech's did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable! This was the BEST pedicure I have ever had, as they made sure to get every last detail! My feet and legs have never felt better! My nails came out perfect! And having my nails done while my toes was the perfect combination of relaxation! There were complimentary beverages too! My friend got a very detailed nail design and her nail tech worked so hard to make sure it was perfect! The salon itself was clean and beautiful! Just had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done. Seriously the BEST I think I've ever had. The owner is definitely concerned about customer service. I chose an upgraded pedicure (cucumber with a hot stone massage). My feet have never felt better. There was no rush...I felt like I was treated like a queen. A complimentary drink was offered (wine, sodas, water). I also had a manicure. They did a great job on the shape and length, constantly asking about my wishes. My eyebrows were done quickly and efficiently and they look great. My total was an unbelievable $74. I had a $5 coupon and felt like I was stealing when only paying $69 for SUPERIOR service! I had the wonderful pleasure of finding this place while on a work trip in myrtle beach. This place is absolutely a must visit. I got a mani pedi and one lady Van attended to my mani while Jaysen took care of my pedicure. They made me feel so relaxed and pampered, I felt like I was at an oasis. The shop is beautifully decorated, with plush pedi chairs and gorgeous crystal chandeliers that reminded me of an upscale salon. I chose a cucumber melon pedi that was out of this world! I am a very selective person and my husband might say I am high maintenance but at this place I had no worries. I was especially impressed with their sanitary procedures too. They give you a time frame for service. Even on busy days when everyone is multi-tasking, these people are amazing. As a male, this was my very first time coming into a nail salon for a pedicure (my girlfriend recommended that I come with her) ... And boy was I glad I came to Miracle Nails! This place just recently opened and their service is TOP NOTCH! Not only do they use liners unlike most salons I've taken my girlfriend to, but all of their tools including the water were one-time use and EXTREMELY sanitary. The place is absolutely GORGEOUS and the manager Jaysen is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. The pedicure felt phenomenal and they even offered us a glass of their fine wine selection! First time to Myrtle Beach - didn't have time to get a pedi before we left home - my BFF found Miracle Nails - family owned business - the salon is very clean!! Jason is very personable and totally gets customer service. We had an awesome experience and laughed the entire visit! Miracle Nails is the best salon that I've been to in Myrtle Beach. It is a family-run business, which is probably why the entire staff are friendly, welcoming, and warm. As if being in a beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and conveniently located salon weren't enough, they are fantastic at their craft. The attention to detail was spot on, and I left with the absolutely best gel manicure I've had despite trying 3 different salons and numerous nail technicians. Just walked out of the door at Miracle Nails and couldn't be happier. By far the best pedicure I've ever had! Me, my mom and my granny all went for some Early Mother's Day pampering. We were greeted by super friendly staff, didn't have to wait, offered glasses of wine, and we were off to pure relaxation. The salon is immaculate and beautiful, they use disposable liners in the foot bath tub and all their tools are in sterilized packaging. I highly recommend this family owned, family staffed business. I took my teenage kids here for a treat during vacation. This nail salon was clean, had a great atmosphere and the staff was terrific. They did a great job on all 4 of us. Also they use single use liners in their pedicure foot baths for safety and everyone working wore gloves. They take reservations which was very helpful for us. They are conveniently located in a small strip mall just outside the Coastal Mall. This was great for us because we are using Uber today but the mall was so close we could just walk. We brought our youth cheer team & moms for an afternoon of pampering while we were in Myrtle Beach for a competition! We had a total of 20 people get pedicures and or manicures and most of them are 12 and under. The staff was kind, patient and welcoming. Every single one of us enjoyed ourselves. We stopped in to Miracle Nails while visiting Myrtle Beach during Mother's Day weekend. We called ahead prior to going and they told us we didn't need to make an appointment. We arrived at the perfect time because they weren't that busy at first, and were later slammed. The girls had talked me into getting a pedicure while they did the same, along with their nails. I was looking for a new nail salon for our family to go to that could accommodate three of us later in the day. The owner assured me that they could do it. We were looking for a nail salon here while on vacay. I am always careful with my choice due to many poor salons back home. Walking through the door, I loved the greeting and the staff's attentiveness! Probably the best experience I've ever had. Angie was so amazing!
