Contacted Stacy and she walked me through the tub refinishing process step by step. She's a great communicator and was patient with me until she got all of the information she needed to schedule a technician. Ty our technician showed up on time, and did a fantastic job restoring our old bathtub, you could tell he has done this type of work for a long time. Bottom line, Miracle Method saved us over $5000 on our bathroom update. I highly recommend them and the company. Stacy and Ty are the best of the best. read more

They are friendly and there is were things end. I got my tub sprayed and it wasn't even a year or even 6 months when it started chipping off. It has a five year warranty, but it will not last that long, before they want you to shell out more money for warranty repair. My tub is chipping for the second time. I do not recommend. Save your money for a new tub or sink. Update: This is just an update based on the response. I gave them TWO times to get it right. You want a third? So if I come to your home and do something twice and it keeps messing up.... you'll let me back in your home for a third time? read more

Miracle Method took an outdated bathroom and made it look absolutely stunning. This was much cheaper than having all the counter tops replaced, and all of the tiles In Shower and above tub. Can't wait to have them work on our other bathroom! Thank you for your outstanding service. We highly recommend if you are looking for a different approach to remodeling your bathroom, fireplace, kitchen or anything else. read more

We had two bathrooms remodeled and needed to update the bathtub and shower. They were prompt and answered all of our questions. It looks amazing and we are pleased with the outcome. The only drawback was the smell of the application. We can still smell the odor in our house. read more

Pictures reflect 4 days after application. Would have listed zero star if possible. Actual results in my opinion do not correlate with advertising. read more

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with the professionalism of this business. Their customer service skills are lacking, and they are hateful and rude (as evidenced by many of their replies to the bad reviews on here!). They reglazed our kitchen sink for us in October 2020. There was some bubbling that was covered under the warranty. I called to schedule someone to come out to fix it about a month ago. Both my husband and I work, and cannot leave at a moments notice to be home for a repair person to be there to fix it, so having an appointment where we can expect someone to be there on time is important to us! For the first appointment, they did not come at the scheduled time on my confirmation email. I called Miracle Method to see what was up. The woman who I spoke with on the phone was so rude to me. We were able to get rescheduled, because we were relying on a technician to be there at the scheduled time and my husband couldn't wait for him to arrive since he had to be back at work. We rescheduled, and the appointment was for 9:00 today. I received an email this morning asking if we could do 3:00. She called about 30 minutes ago to see if 11:00 was okay because something opened up. Turns out my husband changed around his schedule to accommodate them for 3:00 and could no longer do the morning. I had told her on the phone I thought 11:00 would be better, but I was wrong. My husband called her a few minutes after she had called me, and she was rude to him and blamed me when he said he couldn't do 11:00. She was rude and hateful every time we spoke - to both me and my husband and made us to feel like their scheduling was our fault and that we were an incredible inconvenience to them, which was insulting. I understand that schedules change, sometimes things get lost in communication, etc. But it seems like they are not willing to extend the same understanding to others. We felt undervalued and like a problem for them. We have cancelled and would rather pay money for nice people to fix our sink rather than have a rude business fix it for free under the warranty. read more

Their prices are a little steep! Their work is pretty decent although you have to recaulk just after a couple weeks it seems. I would recommended budget out of Tulsa more. The guys are more personable more reasonable and seemed to have taken their time more. read more
