This company saved me a bunch of money by saving a tub in one of my rental properties. Brooke was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She scheduled me in, And I put down my deposit. She kept me in the loop the whole time and followed up. The tub looks great. I opted for the additional non skid bottom coating. It all came out great and my tenant is happy. I'm so glad I didn't have to replace the bathtub. I'm hoping this glaze lasts for at least 8 -10 years. Of course it all depends on how tenants care for it and clean it (or don't lol) I searched around for awhile looking for a person or company to do this. I found a lot of contractors who either didn't have time, didn't return my calls or else they just didn't seem trust worthy. As a landlord out of state it can be rough to find good help so I was relieved that Miracle Method made it all pretty easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. Wish I could give them ZERO STARS....Miracle Method had a young new hire that came out in November to resurface my tub. It was done with all kinds of bumps, humps and nodules that could cut you down to the white meat if you weren't careful. Not to mention I had a couple cuts from their work on the rocky resurfaced tub. I called and told them. They said the same young guy would come back out to fix their mistakes by only spraying the paint color again. I explained I wanted a different person to come back out to fix it. They said nope, we'll send the same person out to fix their mess up's. So, 1 month later in December, another young guy comes to fix the other young guys mess ups. This new guy said wow I see why he isn't with us anymore and that's why they sent me. He told me what the issue was, but he was only there to spray again. So, the 2nd spray didn't work at all, and it made the color much darker. I called them back. now the supervisor/owner wants to come out. She did, 3rd visit in January, a month later, and tried to say well we will just spray again. I told her what was needed and demanded a complete redo since they would not give me my money back. So, the 4th visit in February, another new guy came out, it was stripped halfway down, wet sanded and resprayed. This time, the tub was not the only thing that was resprayed. My walls and floor by the tub were sprayed as well and will not come up. The tub is better but still not what I paid for. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not trust this company. Their Terms of Service state they are not liable for damage, and they stand (hide) behind that. They had to come out twice to get our tub and shower sprayed correctly. The second time they ripped paint off our walls, chipped paint off the wall corner, and chipped our vanity. They will do nothing to repair any of it. All the Miracle Method of Indy staff that I worked with (Dede, Shawnee, and Thomas) were professional and responsive. The service was fairly priced and they did everything they promised. And I'm thrilled with the results. Would I recommend again? Definitely YES. Read on for details. ====== Our guest bathroom fiberglass tub/shower had two long cracks in the bottom leaking into the basement ceiling. I was hoping we could avoid a complete demolition and replacement. Miracle Method owner Dede came out and gave us a written estimate. We scheduled the service with Shawnee in the office, and Thomas arrived today around 8:50 AM to rebuild the bottom of the tub with fiberglass mesh and a variety of potions. He did a lot of prep to the bathroom to ensure nothing was damaged and to limit the dust and odor in the rest of the house. He just left around 12:45 PM, and the tub looks brand new. After observing, I don't think I could have done this myself. The skills, tools, and materials are beyond my DIY level. If you are good at car body work, then maybe... I am very pleased. The gel coat needs 24 hours for a solid cure. He said after 24 hours, we can use and clean the tub as normal, with any standard bath/household cleaners (without abrasives). Some things to know about the fiberglass repair (not criticisms): 1. Window access: Thomas needed access to an open-able window to route the flexible exhaust duct, which was quite large. 2. Smell: Even with the powerful fan and open window, you will notice a chemical odor in other parts of the house. If you have pets or someone sensitive to smells or air quality, plan for that. Suggestion: During the repair, set your HVAC controls to "Auto mode" or "Off" to reduce circulation throughout the house. 3. Noise: The gear is loud (exhaust fan, vacuum, sander, and spray painter). So if you have pets, infants, someone sensitive to sound or on a daytime sleep schedule, they will hear the noise, so plan for that. 4. Prep: You should remove as much stuff from the bathroom as you can, to minimize getting dust on stuff. Things started out great. Our saleswoman Amber was helpful and answered all our questions. Our finisher Ian was prompt, courteous and helpful and the end result is nice. We had kitchen countertops, a bathroom countertop and a tub refinished. We did have quite a bit of overspray though. I was able to clean much of it; however there was overspray on other painted seals and trim that couldn't be cleaned. It needs to be repainted. I spoke with Dede, who came to my home and was apologetic. We agreed that if I purchased the paint she would supply labor to repaint to correct the issue. Months later and multiple voicemails, and I have been ghosted by the company. At this point I would just prefer a credit of some sort if I can ever get a call back from the company. read more

Terrible customer service, have called and emailed the owner to get on the schedule to fix an issue that is under warranty and they are refusing to return my calls, emails, and text message. I will never refer people to them again. It's really sad because they have done work for my family and i had high hopes they would call me back and fix the issue. read more

Thomas did a magnificent job on our master bath counter top. The cracks in the sink are gone and now the whole surface no longer shows scratches and other imperfections that cultured marble tops are notorious for. We had a very outdated bathroom and they came in and resurfaced the tub, floor, and countertop. It didn't come out quite as well as I was expecting from the sales pitch but it was an improvement and could live with the results. The tech was friendly and timely. I removed the toilet as the said needed to be done and they said they would go around the base of where the toilet went so when a new one was installed it would look seamless. They didn't get close enough and when I installed a new toilet there were areas not covered around the base of it. When I called them and sent pictures they said they would send someone to fix it that week. This was important because we were putting our house on the market in a few days. Don't hear anything from them for almost 2 weeks. Then I get a phone call and they said they were going to charge me to send out the tech. Since they didn't do the job they said they would the customer not be charged to fix their error. Very bad business practice and would advise anyone against using their service. read more

Miracle method have been working on my tub since Nov 8, 2017 and now it's Dec 1, 2017 and my tub is still not properly done. They sent Georgio out initially, his first response was "this is my easiest job". Georgio had to redo my tub 5 times. Tub is rough, full of lumps and dumps, paint is rubbing off on my hands, dull in a lot of places. The owner DeDe and Dana the superivor came out to assess the issues on Nov 20th, they determined the tub needed about 4 hours of work to get it looking perfect. Dana returned Nov 22nd with a completely different scope of work, he stated he needed to restrip and redo. I asked why this wasn't determined on Nov 20th and he gave another lame excuse. I had him reschedule for Nov 28th because we had family in town for the Thanksgiving and the fumes are strong and they continually left my bathroom full of dust and dirt. Dana redid tub on 28th and it's still full of lumps and dumps, very sandy and dust on my hands. Dana stated he would return Nov 29th to get it looking perfect. He NEVER showed up. My husband called DeDe and asked why tech did not show, DeDe stated Dana never said that. Not only is this company the WORST ever, now their ethics and integrity is in question. Used Miracle Method to resurface my kitchen countertop. There was nothing wrong with it, but I was tired of the color. Also it is laminate. I did a cost comparison between the resurface and replacement with solid surface, and it just made sense to go with the resurface because it was about one fourth the cost! If you are looking to spruce up your old house without breaking the bank, this is the way to go! They were extremely easy to work with and did a fantastic job! All were very kind and professional from the owner, to the office staff, to the technician. Very professional, showed up on time and did everything they said they would do. If considering, I would recommend going into their showroom which is close to the airport to see some samples on real countertops and sinks, etc. My only complaint would be the color did not look like I thought it would , probably due to the lighting in my house. I got the "fieldstone" which I thought would look more brown and it turned out looking more gray in the light of my home. The job done however, was meticulous! Definitely recommend!! read more

Our experience with Miracle Method Indy West was very negative. A previous owner of our home had spilled hair dye in the bathtub. (This would have been in the late 60's or early 70's). This was the main reason we wanted to have the work done. D & F Associates Limited aka Miracle Method Indy West assured us the hair dye would be "no problem". Since the tiles and sinks were 50 years old they told us it would look better to do it all, so we did the bathtub, two sinks and the tile walls. We were told that the process would consist of an initial glazing. Then they would return and smooth out all the drips and imperfections left from the first step. After the first step it looked good although there were a few drips and imperfections. It took a few months for them to send someone to do the second step. After he left, the same drips and imperfections were still there. We followed the recommended cleaning instructions implicitly (Only a few products can be used, none of which are strong.) After a few months a yellowish stain started to appear where the hair stain had been. (pictures may be seen on Angie's List Review) We called them multiple times and sent multiple emails. The phone calls were basically ignored. They would answer the emails, but not follow through. I called the headquarters of Miracle Method and asked them for help. Shortly thereafter, we did receive a phone call from Miracle Method Indianapolis West. They set many dates to come and complete the job and to do something to cover the stains. We would prepare the bathroom only to have them cancel at the last minute or come and talk about the problem and/or take pictures without doing any work. They finally sent a crew to do the re-do job. Besides the first drips and imperfections we have even more plus cracks around the sink drains. (pictures may be seen on Angie's List Review) Also the yellow stain started to reappear again. We have used only the recommended products in the recommended way. A few months ago they said they would do it again but they needed more pictures. One of the owners told me the stain would reappear again. They pointed out that the warranty did not include hair dye. They should have shared that information up front. We were misled by them. Nevertheless, they said they would come again. We had some medical delays on our part. However, we did want them to come again. Then they started changing dates - again the same old story. It's been nearly 3 years. We feel the job should have been done almost 2 years ago. We feel they do not care about the quality of their work or customer satisfaction. Once again, the very reason we contracted them was to cover up the hair dye. They knew their process did not warrant the hair dye and they did not tell us. At this point, we do not trust them. I am not a satisfied customer! I had my tub and walls done, there were problems with both. They came back and fixed the tub, the wall area that they tried to fix looks worse now than before. The tech guy said if I wasn't satisfied he would come back and work on it again. The general manager said,it wasn't caused by the process of their doing. I went without my bathroom for 2 weeks. I did this because it was to be a quick fix to bathroom remodeling. You get what you pay for so if you want something that lasts for years have it done the right way. read more

This company is one of the best contracting companies that I have ever worked with for my business. The owner, Phil, is ready to please and gets the job done with quality and in a timely manner.
