The outcome of my eyebrows came out pretty good. Do I have the best eyebrows to start with no, but the overall look was good enough to me. My visit though was a bit of a mess. During covid I understand that they have a limited amount of staff and that they also have appointments, but they also have a list for walk-ins. When I came in, there were only 3 people in front of me, not bad right? NO I was wrong lol. This one lady put her name down and apparently saved a spot for her whole family to get their brows done. Mind you that there are still 3 people waiting behind her name. So before I had the chance to complain the people before me complained saying they were waiting for a long time and that it wasn't fair. The family tried to say their name was down, but they were clearly lying. Later started talking to the lady working in their dialect and well... that didn't go well either being that the customers complaining were American (white) and clearly didn't understand. So as I'm sitting there hoping to wait for only 15-20 minutes for 3 ladies, I waited for a little over an hour for everyone to be finished. They either need to step up their staff during the day, or be able to handle situations like these better. It was a bit hilarious and annoying all at once. read more

HORRIBLEE!! literally worst place i've ever got my eyebrows done at! not only was the customer service bad but the service itself was horrible. i walked in and asked to do my upper lip and my eyebrows. i had recently got surgery on my nose so i asked if it would be possible for her to do my upper lip without pulling out any stitches and if she was comfortable doing it. i asked her if she was comfortable doing it 5 TIMES!! and she explained to me that she was okay with doing it and has done peoples uppers lips before with the same surgery. i felt happy that she said that since she has done other peoples right? WRONG!!! she started with my eyebrows she did horrible took her forever and the end result was 2 different shapes. which isn't even the worst part.... she made me bleed multiple times doing my eyebrows and pinched my skin like 10 times. than she finally moved to my upper lip when i couldn't take it anymore, she was doing normal than all the sudden i feel pain from my nose, she started apologizing and went to grab a napkin that's when i realized she RIPPED OUT 2 OF MY STITCHES IN MY NOSE! i was in so much pain and i was very confused because she said she has done this before on people who had there nose done. GUESS SHE LIED. end of the story horrible service pulled out 2 stitches kept so much hair on my upper lip and STILL MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE! if i can give this place 0 stars i would, literally don't go here!! read more

I always go to the stand in St. Matthews mall across from Aeropostale for my eyebrows, but they sent my friend and I to the store, which was no problem until we actually got in there. We walked in and were not greeted. When we spoke, the women acted like we were bothering them. The women also spoke to us like we were stupid when telling us which chairs to get in and during the actual service, which shocked me because the people at the stand are ALWAYS nice and attentive. The women never asked us preference on our brows or how much we wanted off and the woman doing my brows took too much off of mine. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had with eyebrow threading and poor customer service. I would have given this review one star, but I wanted to note that I never have had any issues with the stand. I will never go back in their in store salon after this. read more

I walked in and wasn't greeted, I wasn't even sure if the girls behind the counter actually worked there because they pretty much ignored me at first. So why 4 stars?? Because my eyebrows are perfect. She did a perfect job and she did it quickly. I've had so many people mess up my eyebrows it's not even funny. I choose quality threading over niceties any day. The young lady that works in this store location is wholly capable of very nicely threading eyebrows. Matter of fact, she works quickly and efficiently, and her method is less painful than others in Louisville. I came into the location (for the second time) and she was just finishing the only customer. Once she was done checking her out, she invited me over from the waiting area and started immediately. Within minutes she was done. Good enough, right? WRONG! This young lady has no customer service skills and clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. On my previous visit to this location I stopped in and she was sitting down eating and socializing. She asked if I could come back in 10 minutes because she was eating lunch. More than understandable, so I said "sure" and walked around the mall a bit. When I returned, she was nowhere to be seen. Doors open, video playing, lights on...no one working. After half hour waiting alone, two other customers come in and mention that "she always does this, but they have nowhere else to get it done." We wait another 15 minutes and another woman enters and mentions she was there 15 minutes before I arrived, and no one was there. Sooo...for at least an hour this shop was unmanned. Fortunately, one of the waiting customers remembers there's another booth around the corner that offers threading services. She goes to check and informs us to come on over because they are open. We walk over and sign in on the waiting sheet. While waiting, guess who we see walking past us with multiple shopping bags?!?! Never again. Her work really isn't worth the shenanigans. read more

Quick, affordable, and fabulous service! Rika is a real gem in this mall, I saw her once when coming to Louisville 2 years later I go see her again and she still remembers me! Very warm and friendly, can definitely have a conversation with here while your enduring some beauty pains. She does an amazing job without even having to ask what shape you want. 12 dollars for eyebrow threading, and I usually tip 3 more dollars, because no one can get my arch just right. Not the cheapest threader in town, but for the quality of work your getting, and the convenience of service, I'm willing to pay a little more. read more

I originally came to Miracle Eyebrows at Mall St. Matts because I bought a Groupon a few years ago. It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the results blew my expectations. I used to pay between $20 and $25 at salons and waxing boutiques. Now I pay $12 for the best brows I've ever had. Unless you like your eyebrows very thin, I would not recommend going here. The first time I got my eyebrows threaded at Miracle Eyebrows, they were much thinner than I normally like, but I decided to go back a second time because of the convenience and lower cost. The second time, she scalped my eyebrows, and 2 months later I am still waiting for them to grow back. (I'm being dramatic, but my eyebrows are very important to me!) Some people do like their eyebrows thin, but I wish she would have asked me how I like them shaped before going at it. My other complaint is that she takes much longer to do them then my old girl (in a different city) did, which escalates the pain by about 60%. I'd take the pain for the fleekiest eyebrows, but that's not what you'll be getting at this kiosk. I won't be returning. read more

I have been going to this place for several months now. What started off as a great experience with skilled technicians, has gone downhill consistently. I am Indian and the threaders are Indian, by that token I would assume that they would know how to shape indian eyebrows, which are typically very thick.Each technician has a different way of threading your eyebrows and every time you go there, there is a new technician. As a result, there is no consistency in the way your eyebrows are threaded. I took my daughter there today for back to school eyebrows and the lady there totally ruined it.I would not go back there again. read more

Indeed they have great service, but the service doesn't make up in the tremendous amount of waiting time you have to do. You wait 30 min to an hour for a 5 minute process, in their main location they always have 1 person working and they have to do the brows as well as take the money, it's ridiculous. When there are multiple people here and you wait, you really have no idea who's next because they don't keep track or mark off the names on the sign in sheet. They expect YOU to know, which is not right. They are very unorganized which is very unappealing. I only come back because the cheap price. read more
