Jackson had my scooter for over four months (not during Covid). They said they changed the batteries, but no difference was seen. I was also billed for a trip of which never happened because we picked up the scooter ourselves. They did not tighten up the arms like I specifically asked them to. The receipt that they sent home had no dollar amount, probably because it was a waiver program. A company with integrity would cross their T's and dot their I's and complete the paperwork in its entirety. They don't return my phone calls when I inquire about what work they've actually completed We will never work with them again.

The entire staff are kind and helpful. Dr Medearis is so committed to her patients and is deeply invested in not only meeting your hearing needs, but exceeding them. Can the audiologist fix it or does it need to be sent in. The nurse left it with the audiologist and when finished I was informed that the hearing aids had been cleaned and a new stem added (which fell off that same day) and I found out the next day they had charged medicaid for the appointment with the audiologist which we did not have an appointment with the audiologist. They then wanted to know if I would be cancelling the appointment I had made to see the audiologist. Needless to say, they only care about the money and not retaining repeat customers or customer care. My advice is do not purchase hearing aids at Amdahl. I did try to talk to them, and was told we charge Medicaid for every service - even though I did not ask them to clean the hearing aids and if they had told the nurse that I should send the hearing aid out to be serviced, there would be no charge - that is what I would have don and have to do now anyway because they are under warranty and the stem fell off the same day she "fixed it"! I also had to take my sister to a different place because the above audiologist did not agree with me that my sister could not hear me. The place we took her too agreed that she was not hearing anything. She turned them up for me AND charged us nothing. That is Customer Service that Amadahl can learn from!

After visiting Dr. Analise, I am trilled to be leaving a great review. When I reached out, the communication was friendly and personable. It helped to ease my mind about visiting. When I got there, Dr. Analise was very nice and has a ton of experience with custom in ear monitors. She helped point me toward an IEM that would work for my specific situation and was very kind to offer me information about the different models. They are even helping me order and ship my IEMs to me. Thank you Dr. Analise and Nic - I'll be coming back for my next pair, and the next after that!!

He is one of the best physicians that I have ever encountered. Extremely caring, genuinely friendly and really cares about his patients. He really answered all my questions, addressed any concerns and was very respectful of my time which I really appreciate. Most patients don't realize how busy these Dr's and care providers are. At his clinic, they are always very conscience of my time which I think is so nice. One of the nutritionist I saw early on said that if she was going to pick a Dr. that she would pick Dr. Swiglo. In a notable condescending-tone she ended up calling me, "Honey" three times on this particular phone call then proceeded to man-splain something to me that I was already knowledgeable on. By the way, this was my first interaction with her, ever. I felt disrespected by her as a patient of Align Chiromedical for the two reasons above. There are more professional ways to communicate with a patient. I'm disappointed of her lack of customer service and professionalism. When I re-addressed to her over email weeks later how she spoke to me over this phone call, she did not acknowledge the situation, nor take ownership to apologize to smooth it over. I've been a patient Align Chiromedical for over +10 YEARS under the care of Dr. Jake Dalbec (who was wonderful, provided high quality care with positive results and would highly recommend him 5/5 stars....would say 6/5 stars if that could be a rating!!!). But after his departure and being treated the way I was by Dr. Alexa from this phone call, I will be finding care elsewhere. It's a shame that this is how it ends with Align Chiromedical.
