I couldn't use the app anymore too because they needed to be updated. They said I had to buy new ones for approximately $4000. Thought I'd get a second opinion with a location that accepts my new health coverage. Brian at BS Wisniewski was amazing. He not only fixed the broken one but updated the software in both too! Now I can use the app again. All for $150! All of the office staff were so nice too. It's reallly busy there because they are so good. Highly recommended! I'd give them more stars if I could.

I found the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Audiology Group which has continued to provide me with comprehensive and quality services. The accredited group sells a variety of up to date models, does careful fitting, and regularly follows up on my satisfaction and the hearing aids' effectiveness. I really appreciate the consideration and guidance given by the University's faculty members. The Group's successful efforts over time to have several of my aids repaired or replaced by the manufacturers have benefited my hearing ability and have saved me money.
