I called numerous places near our hotel (SLS Hotel), and everyone told me that I would need to send them in for repairs,which could take up to a week. I only had 4 days left on this trip, and I cannot hear without them. I would have to wait until I return to LA to have them serviced with my audiologist. Being a college student, and having ZOOM Classes online, this was not what I needed. As we are walking to our Uber ride to head home, my husband looks up and sees the offices of Kendall Audiology. We cancelled our Uber ride and the second we walked in, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I've worn hearing aids for 40 years of my life, and I've met some great ones along the way. After explaining my situation to Daisy, she takes them to the room in the back to "service" them. Not only did she fixed them, but she also changed my tubing, and gave me a pack of hearing aid batteries. She then explained what a multi mic/tv streamer could do for me, and how much I could benefit having my audio streamed from my laptop or television to my hearing aids. Daisy, again, thank you! I am loving my Bluetooth streaming services and benefiting even more from my online college classes because of you. I wish I lived in Miami..!! He was generous enough to do a price match with the same streamer (bluetooth device that I hang around my neck to hear the TV better and to have a hands free phone conversation) I was about to get in the other location. I went to his Baptist Hospital office where he has a State of the Art Cat Scan that is built just for sinus viewing. The scan was basically a Chair you sit in and the Scanner goes around you head and takes it's pictures. The whole thing took about 60 seconds.
