Visited Dr. Trattler today for a minor issue with my eye. I was pleasantly surprised upon walking into their office to see such nice facilities and well organized staff. They take up most of the 4th floor and once the elevators open, it's like stepping into an entirely different world. Reception area is modern, clean and nicely decorated. Waiting areas are large, check in is quick and check out is efficient. They have separate area for lab tests, doctor exams, etc. From what I could see, they have quite a few doctors and many assistants on hand. Understandably, it was very busy with plenty of patients but extremely well run. As for Dr. Trattler, he was very professional, nice and patient. He diagnosed my issue and explained to me in detail what my options were. I was pleased with my visit and impressed with the office. Glad I found him. read more

Today is the six month anniversary of my lasik eye surgery so I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Trattler this morning. As always he was an absolute gentleman and his staff were super friendly and thorough. I am seeing 20/15 in my left eye and 20/20 and still improving in my right. I have no dry eye, no halos, no starbursts or any other side effects from surgery. 100% success! Yesterday, walking through with mall with a co-worker we commented on a new store which was opening soon but she said she couldn't read what the sign said from the other side of the mall where we were standing. So there was I squinting to see what the small print said at the bottom of the façade when she said "there where it starts 'blah blah blah" what does it say after. I couldn't believe it. She was talking about a sign which was about a foot high and clear as day in the middle of the wall. I have never known what it is like to have perfect vision and now mine is better than perfect. I had cataract surgery done by Dr. Trattler in December. He had to do it over RK surgery that had been done 25 years earlier. Two docs would not do it but both recommended Dr. Trattler and they were right. Only negative is finding both parking and his office. Pretty confusing out there. Really big mistake going to this guy. His number one priority is $$$$. He preformed a laser procedure that ruined my epithelium and cornea. I still have visual problems 4 years after he treated me. I lost my night vision and see double images much of the time. Stay away. read more
