He first presented all my options and what the follow up would be with each of them. He allowed me to choose what I thought would be best for myself. After doing so his follow up was amazing. When I couldn't get my then regular physician to prescribe or follow up on my procedure he did it himself. I highly recommend him for any of your ENT needs.

After filling out the initial medical record I waited only about 10 minutes until I was taken into a room where I talked with either a technician or a Doctor to describe my problems. I was then given a thorough hearing test and a CT scan. He gave me the results and off to another examination room. A short time later, Doctor Douglas came in to discuss my problem. After looking at the scan, he recommended balloon sinuplasty. I had the procedure about two weeks later and, while it was a little disturbing, it was relatively painless. After about a week I saw great results as I am no longer dizzy nor had extreme pressure in my head which I'd been suffering from for years. Two weeks later I went in for a follow-up. Doctor Douglas was quite happy with the results and just told me to call them if I ever need them. Everyone at the office is very courteous, professional, and friendly. I cannot recommend this office more highly.

My husband and I went to WNC Audiology without doing much research about audiologists in advance…read more We were so lucky that we came to this office. The doctor is very skilled in the complexities of hearing and how to adjust hearing aids to amplify sounds and volume through our iPhones and iPads. Recognizing that our hearing needs are different, she prescribed different brands of hearing aids for each of us, rather than using a "one size fits all" approach. The office staff explained the details of the service agreements thoroughly and suggested that we return for tweaks as necessary. We recommend this audiology practice very highly.

I found WNC audiology that met these criteria. Dr. Angelina and her staff are knowledgeable and have been very helpful in assisting during my process of finding hearing aids that best suit me. I have not completed the process yet, but am very satisfied with care that I have received to now. The selection of hearing aids is complicated and purchasing hearing aids is costly. I encourage folks to ask questions to figure out what is best, and affordable for them; find a good, and experienced, audiologist to guide you through the process; and do ssome homework. I will update this review when I have received the hearing aids that I have ordered.

She doesn't listen to her patients, is not a clear communicator, treats you like you're an idiot if you don't understand and cops an attitude if you ask questions. I was having serious problems but all she wanted to focus on was my weight, no blood work, nothing. I went to another doctor 4 hours away in Atlanta who actually listened, ran some tests, ordered blood work, and found out I had some pretty severe food allergies. Once those foods were removed from my dietary intake, the problems I was experiencing stopped AND I lost weight. My 88yr old mother-in-law currently goes to her, has anemia and heart issues. Lopez has yet to communicate with her heart doctor about anything, even after two serious episodes that landed her in the emergency room. Furthermore, this "doctor" openly admitted to not knowing anything about blood thinners, but has her on blood thinners. This woman treats people like lab rats. You are nothing but a number to her. She does the absolute LEAST for her patients. It's blatantly apparent this woman did not take, much less abides by the Hippocratic Oath and serves as a perfect example of what's wrong with the medical system in Haywood County.

This establishment has gone down rapidly with in the last few years, the last person I saw was Julia Lucas and to make a long story short I will NEVER go back. The way this person and her assistant treated me is disgraceful and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
