My father, who is 95, has severe hearing loss and has been seeing Paul Dole at Flynn Associates for many years for his hearing aids and evaluations. It had been some time since my father was in, both hearing aids were lost at a recent stay for care and it took time to gather funds for new ones. It was my first time bringing my father to his appointment and it was a pleasure to meet Paul. He's friendly and inviting and he offered for me to sit in on the appointment. I enjoyed watching him test and fit my father for the new hearing aids. The two were like old friends which I found touching. At the end of the appointment Paul asked my father if he could hear him and he said yes. Paul then said "welcome back" and my father said thanks and they both chuckled. That was one of those moments I won't forget. My father could hear again. Words I put here could never relay how significant that is for him, the family, medical people and those he meets in public. Paul recently was generous with his time when there was an issue with a part on one of the hearing aids and I was very grateful for his quick remedy of it. I highly recommend Flynn Associates for their expertise and for their caring and friendly service. My father and I look forward to seeing Paul in 2023!

She was very knowledgeable and eased my fears and was such a pleasure to work with. We chose a line of hearing aids that are so unnoticeable, no one knows I am wearing them unless I tell them. Throughout the past 6 years whenever I had any problems with my aids, all I had to do was call her and she would make time for me to come in. Luckily, she has always been able to fix any problems right there in her office while I waited. One time I was in a panic because one of my aids had stopped working. It was a weekend and I knew I could not go into work on Monday if I didn't get it fixed. I called Samina, she told me she would be leaving for vacation the next day and she was nice enough to come in on Sunday to fix my aid. SHE IS THE BEST!!! Let's start off with three facts about me:…read more 1. I spend a lot of time in noisy places. 2. I like music. 3. I like my ears. so - what does 1 + 2 + 3 equal? Custom headphones. Oh yes. Custom baby. I got sick and tired of all the commercially available headphones out there - they're either too big, don't block enough noise, too uncomfortable, or suffer from any other massive problem. So I decided to have custom headphones made that were actually molded to fit my ear perfectly while also blocking off ambient noise. I called around to the local Westone dealers (as Westone is one of the major groups that do custom headphones) - and Audiology Services quoted me the cheapest price - $90. Apparently their main business is hearing aids - but they do these custom headphone molds as well. I went in and met one of the audiologists there, Gayle Nye (on a side note - I love that job title). Gayle was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Heck, we even share the same alma mater. Work was done quickly and well. If I had to complain about anything - it'd be that they quoted me $90, but when I came in they realized that the proper price was $100. They apologized for this, but it was still annoying. Even at that price they were more than $50 cheaper than the next cheapest group I spoke with. Highly recommended.

But it gets better because Maria the person is an absolutely delight. It's weird to brag about your audiologist, but it's absolutely appropriate in this case.
