Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.

There are good people, but if you get the one I got, it was awful. The worst part was that I had to deal with her constant phone tag games when I was recovering from surgery and only had one arm that worked. My writing arm/and hand was paralyzed. That's when the Seminole case worker was the worst to me.
