I had a one-on-one conversation with Danielle prior to joining where she listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions that way I could make an informed decision. I ultimately decided that this was the best fit for me! My first appointment was truly what I had been looking for all along in a doctor's office. Jay and Danielle were both so kind, compassionate, and attentive when I shared my extensive medical history and they never made me feel like a burden. we were able to discuss my health goals and order labs. They also were so kind when I openly discussed things that were harder for me to talk about with my prior providers and have helped in changing and fixing treatment plans to better fit my life and make me feel more like myself again. Another positive is whenever I'm sick I can actually see my primary care provider instead of going to urgent care. I sent a submission for a first consultation, she got back to me within a day, and this building is where she works. She asked me how often I wanted to meet and told me how payment worked. There is plenty of parking each day I come. Their waiting space is very brief (and that's because I'm usually on time/late, haha). She always escorts me to her office, and we have a great session each time. I feel like she's helping me improve, and she's very accommodating. She communicates well if there is ever a schedule change, and she offers virtual visits should bad weather ever happen.
