The first month felt as Craig was dragging his feet to get the ads live. Once the ads were live after a month there was no inquiries or noteable progress made I decided I wanted to cancel everything as I could see there being no return on my investment. After canceling ads, it was discovered that out of $1900, zero of that was including ad funds and I was being charged additionally per click. After reaching out to Craig about my frustrations he offered SEO services. For $1900 I would expect SEO services and a lot more than what I was receiving. In the end I received maybe $200 worth of work done and no leads. Fast forward to December, google banned my account for the same deceptive content that Craig had created. I unfortunately lost my high ranking google account with nearly 40 reviews. I reached out to Craig before writing this review with hopes of him making things right for his mistakes and he not only was unhelpful, but was unwilling to take accountability for his mistakes that will cost me a considerable amount in lost reneuve this spring. Craig did give me a partial refund, but at this point I felt as it is not sufficient with the amount of damage Craig caused. All and all I would highly recommend staying away from Craig and his "marketing" tatics.

This is somewhat embarrassing to share, but I felt is necessary to share because of how pleasantly…read moresurprised I was. This was my first time using this establishment and I was very skeptical especially given the fact that the name is spelled wrong above :/ , but I was in a tough predicament and the dry cleaners I frequently use said they would be unable to complete the job :(. I have a white queen size, down comforter that my cat decided she wanted to empty her bladder on. I had a duvet cover on it, but obviously that won't stop much. I was absolutely mortified because the comforter is dry clean only. I definitely considered bypassing what the tag said and "handling" the problem myself (go Google search), but my husband insisted we not take any chances, so reluctantly, I went on a quest to find a cleaners that could handle the task at hand. As I stated earlier, my regular dry cleaners said no to the job, so several Yelp searches later and a grim outlook, I came upon Battiston's and decided to check out their website. It was their website that ultimately motivated me to call them. It said they were able to treat cat urine. Trying not to get excited, I called and set up a time to bring the comforter in. Myself and my comforter in a Febreeze scented Hefty trash bag arrived the same day I placed the phone call (it was a Tuesday or Wednesday). I fully expected the job to take at least a week because that was what I was told on the phone, but (surprise #1) they said they good have it ready by that Friday. I reiterated to them that the comforter was stained by cat urine and they reiterated to me that they could still have it ready by Friday. I was asked if I wanted to pay then or when I picked it up (surprise #2), but there was a 20% discount if I paid then. So I did and it totaled to a little over $25.00. Very inexpensive (in my opinion). (Surprise #3) and the final surprise was the job itself! Not only was the stain and odor gone, but my comforter looked divine!!! (It's encouraged to clean them every 3-5 years and this was my comforter's first cleaning, so it was definitely due. I've had it for about 4 years). They did an excellent job. Sure, the establishment itself doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" or looks of a lot of current dry cleaners, but they still got the job done and did it amazingly (so that's all I cared about really...I mean again, I was dealing with cat urine...). I probably wouldn't trade them for my regular dry cleaners, as I have a well established rapport with them, but I wouldn't rule this place out if I needed another option. Try them out...

Just because the employees act foolishly, doesn't call for a business to be called out for poor practices. Matt made well on the deal and I apologize for using such harsh comments. If you have problems with Mobile Rescue (any location) contact them here and get your issues resolved: Customerservice@mobilerescuetechrepair.com It's unfortunate I had to go this route, but when you're out nearly $200 (during the holiday season) and additional money is required to fix the problem, I felt this was the only way of getting the attention needed to come to a resolution. This should be posted for all to know; this team preforms a weekly round-table meetings to discuss issues that arise from one week to the next. And they make good on their discussions, bravo.
